Well designed container, really works well for fermenting anything
This is an excellent container for making kimchi or really any kind of fermented vegetable. I recommend it for two reasons. First, it's not too big, which is convenient if you don't have a very large household. Second, those locks really keep the air out.

First thoughts
I have yet to make my kimchi....and I am sure this will do the job it is intended for. I am such a fan of lock and lock.....however, the picture shows a design on the lid, which is one of the main reasons I purchased this instead of lesser priced ones, only to be disappointed to receive it and it doesn't have a design. Maybe the bigger one has the design? But I feel like the picture should reflect what you are getting.

Didn't close completely
If you use it for kimchi it makes your whole frig smell. It just doesn't have a good seal.

Perfect size for a small batch
Made my first batch of kimchi today using this container. It will be a few weeks before I'll know if it is airtight and keeps my recipe viable. Fingers crossed.

Super praktisch, wie beschrieben, nutze es regelmässig für diverse Arten Kimchi. Es hält den Geruch recht gut drinnen und mit dem Einsatz kommt das gesamte Gut innen in die Flüssigkeit
