Solid shock with great customer service
I purchased 1000lb coil shock, and it was was definitely an upgrade from my air shock. I was very satisfied with it, but I had an issue after the return window. I contacted the seller (JFOYH), and they went above and beyond to help get things straightened out. The quality and performance of the product is good, and the quality of the seller is top-notch. I would buy from them again, and recommend them to others.

Awesome product
I love it. Works way better than expected. Previously when I rode my ebike I would have back pains due to the very hard suspension the bike originally came with however this shock is perfect, no more back pains after riding my ebike.

It's a good upgrade from what I'm using .
I bought the 125 mm , which is the smallest , in return a less of an absorbent.But still a good product

New JFOYH SHOCK UPGRADE on e bike
Just installed upgraded air & oil shock on Engwe Engine Pro to improve ride. Just need to adjust some and good to go. I was able to tap out old shock upper bushings and used them like they said on new shock. Just use rubber or nylon hammer. And special thanks to Nicola for show and tell what they did on there Engwe e bike shock upgrade which helped me decide on this shock. Rode e bike this morning and some tooning . Much better ride now , great shock upgrade.

These shocks are so nice and they look good and they also feel like high quality

Seems high quality for price
Everything good but I do wish the preload ring was easier to grab with a tool but it's slots are so shallow. Hard to adjust by hand for the application (scooter)

1000 lbs shock
I am very disappointed with this shock absorber I’m 260 lbs and this said 1000 lbs it bottom out as I stand on the scooter I am very disappointed
