Not delivered sourced elsewhere but got refund
Tap is excellent with a very good finish. My plumber was impressed with tap quality but buying through Amazon is difficult. Tap suddenly couldn’t be delivered and told to contact if no refund received. Had to contact supplier via Amazon customer services as no refund received. Refund agreed. Purchased from plumbworld slightly cheaper than from Manufacturers shop on Amazon.

Es un grifo bonito. Amazon muy bien pues procedió a un descuento importante por la manipulación del embalaje. El diseño irreprochable. La única pega que veo es que el caudal de agua es bajo osea no sale con fuerza pero para el uso que le damos es correcto. Muy completo, trae todos los accesorios necesarios para el montaje. Estoy conforme.

Buen grifo... pero el primero parecia uno repintado
Creo que el grifo que me han vendido era un modelo en gris brillo pintado en negro mate....en menos de 1 año de uso normal se ha ido pelando la pintura por zonas y aparecía un color brillante sospechoso. Así mismo el pomo de abrir el grifo, presentaba un tacto blando y fofo.....que estaba lejos de la calidad del fabricante (todos los grifos que tengo instalados son de esta marca y se nota el buen tacto del mecanismo. Lo positivo: abrir una queja al fabricante a través de Amazon y aunque han tardado 2 meses en responder....me han reemplazado el grifo por otro y han enviado un fontanero para reinstalarlo y llevarse el otro. El tacto del mecanismo del grifo que han instalado y color de la pintura negro mate es muy diferente al inicial. Así que de momento contento, la marca ha respondido como esperaba. Por eso le pongo 4 estrellas
