Too early maybe
Maybe it's too early to judge been taking for only a week. Easy to swallow, and no bad taste. Haven't really noticed any real changes in sleep or otherwise.

No issues so far
The capsules are a standard vitamin size, not hard to swallow, there’s no after taste. I haven’t had any issues with them. Mornings oleifera leaves have 7 times more vitamin C than oranges and 15 times more potassium than bananas. It also has calcium, protein, iron, and amino acids, which help your body heal and build muscle. It's also packed with antioxidants, substances that can protect cells from damage and may boost your immune system. Moringa might also help decrease inflammation and reduce pain. Moringa is used for asthma, diabetes, breast-feeding, and many other purposes, but there is no good scientific evidence to support these uses.
