This faucet is the bomb. Takes a little getting used to but saves water and is more hygienic than touch faucets.

This faucet has not worked properly from day one. The sensor is a pain - it stays on for an arbitrary amount of time and after 2 years I have still not figured out the method. Sometimes you hit the sensor and it stays on for several minutes. And sometimes it stays on for seconds. If you put anything on the left side of the faucet where the sensor it, then the sensor doesn't work. A little over a year of having it, the faucet started to leak at the sprayer. I reached out to the company and, in fairness, they sent a new replacement sprayer. We replaced it ourselves and it worked okay for about 2 months and then it started spraying erratically. The water pressure has never been good with this faucet. It takes longer than it should to fill up anything. Sometimes I walk away to do something else when I go to fill up my coffee maker and it either times out erratically or keeps filling slowly. There is no force to the spray. We recently threw this in the trash after having it only 2 years and paying $205 for it. Replaced it with a new faucet and now realize just how bad the water pressure was in this Kraus faucet. Would not recommend and due to how bad this product was will stay away from Kraus products in the future. Video shows how bad the flow and the sprayer is and this is about 6 months after replacing it with the new sprayer.

We recently renovated out kitchen - previously we had the Moen "motionsense" faucet where the sensor was in front. We decided to replace it with the Kraus, where the sensor is on the side. This has the advantage of being able to work in the sink without the faucet turning on when you don't want it to (Moen), but now you have to do a little more effort to reach around the side to turn the sink on or off (Kraus). Overall, I prefer the Kraus, which also looks nicer. A nit I have with the Kraus is how the automation control is attached to the line and dangles along side the pull-out counter weight. They are always banging into each other and the pull-out did not work very well, until I used some velcro ties to hold the automation box to one side, and pull other lines (like the hot water) away from the counterweight, too. Now the pull-put works fine but it did not come that way out of the box.

Love this faucet and the color is so beautiful! The water turns off right after you turn it on but then you wave your hand by the sensor and it’ll stay on. Not sure if this setting can changed because that’s kind of annoying. I’ll have to read the directions lol but love the style!! So many compliments already!

Kraus' customer support is first class. I purchased this faucet 1.5 years ago through Amazon. The toggle switch cover plate fell off and into my disposal, so I could not put it back on. I contacted the company and a live person answered my call - unheard of today. She was incredibly friendly and responsive. She replaced the faucet head without many questions. I proved I purchased the faucet, and she took care of everything else. I recommend this product and company.

I really like this faucet, but couldn’t give it more than a three star because as soon as I installed, I noticed the extension hose does not line up with the bracket that holds it in place. Instead of going back in place and sitting snug, it hangs down a little bit and looks flimsy. I’m pretty sure this is a manufacturer defect because I’ve purchased more than one and my other one looks perfect but I’m pretty sure I’m outside of the return window. Otherwise, I do like the no touch nozzle, but admittedly, it’s not used that often.

We have purchased 3 if not 4 kitchen faucets in the past 19 years. Each time I say to Wife and Tony our Plumber, this is it, R U Sure. This time it Really Looks Like We Did it. The feature that we like is the Hands Free Touch. It's not everywhere that U can Touch but on lower left bottom. Actually no need to touch because it actually has a sensor. If it runs to long it shuts off, a Great Feature also. Yes, it's a LOT OF MONEY, but not sure if u got a less expensive one and different name brand would it be as good! I Pray that this Faucet is Really the Best and Last One. Oh! It runs on batteries located under the sink. Tony says batteries will last for a really long time and he showed me how to change and it is ez and simple.

Automatic feature stopped working a few months in, then pressure decreased and it does not wash well stuff at the bottom of the sink or if you need to spray pots or pans. Overall very bad quality. I got another Kraus faucet unfortunately and it started leaking from the spray switch button 1 year in also. Better spend your money on more quality products as this brand is not worth it.
