Ready, Set, Race! ----------------- It's off to the races with the Little Tikes Scan2Go Circle Race Track Starter Set. This complete play set includes everything needed to start racing. The set's centerpiece is the Falgor car, which is decorated in Scan2Go hero Kaz Gordon's unique style. The Scan2Go Falgor car has an innovative design that allows kids to use racing cards to program the car and activate power and turbo sequences during races. Before the race starts, kids can swipe a racing card in the car's slot to store power or turbo. The car's lights flash when a racing card is scanned, indicating activation. Two foil card packs are included, each with six assorted Turbo/Power cards. Also included are 4 red track pieces, 4 white track pieces, and 17 track connectors. These pieces fit together to create over 10 feet of circular track with two divided lanes. The two-lane design allows two Scan2Go cars to race without colliding. Racing Cards Enhance Car Performance ------------------------------------ Each Scan2Go racing card contains either a power or turbo rating. When a racing card is swiped through the car's scanner, the performance of the car responds to the rating of the card. Power cards set the turbo charge level, while Turbo cards set the number of times the turbo charge will be activated. The more power and turbo the car has, the higher chance it has of outrunning its rivals. Designed for Collectability --------------------------- The two included card packs each contain a random assortment of four Power cards and two Turbo cards. Power cards are vehicle specific, while Turbo cards can be activated on any vehicle. Power cards in the card packs are not guaranteed to be compatible with the set's included Falgor vehicle. Racing cards must be used in pairs, so if you do not have a Falgor Power card, you won't be able to enhance the car's power or turbo. However, our testers did find a Falgor Power card in each pack, and they seem to be common. If a Falgor Power card is not included with the set, it is still possible to operate the car. Simply turn the power switch to on, place the car on the track, and press the start button.
