Ajxn 4 PCS Brake Pedal Pad and Light Switch Stopper - Black

I have a 2012 Hyundai Elantra Touring GLS (hatchback). After my brake lights remaining on & draining my battery to the point of ruination, I whittled it down to this seemingly insignificant looking little rubber stopper. Auto parts store sold me the wrong one, spent an hour in the Texas heat trying to make it fit. after screaming the F word multiple times and sweating out half of my body weight, I finally resigned to the fact that this was just not going to fit. So I went on Amazon and I found this level piece. It was here early the next morning. It went in within 1.5 seconds. It’s exactly the perfect fit. It does the job wonderfully. It was so easy to install. The rubber seems to be very durable. And you get so many for such a small amount of money. The one in the auto store, was $11 for one. This has like six in it. Great value, great product. If you are facing the same problem, I was, and you have my car or Hyundai (probably many other manufacturers as well)…this is your answer!

Worked great for my 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe. Break light wouldn’t turn off and it ended up being because this little piece had broken (I saw plastic pieces on my floorboard). Thankfully was an easy fix!

The plastic is tough, and seems like it will last. It’s very tight under the dash to get it fit into the hole, I used a piece of wood to press the brake pedal down and made a loop of gorilla tape and attached it to a screwdriver and pushed it into the hole, it’s easy to drop it into the open cavity on top of the brake pedal lever and then you’ll have to fish it out of there which is kind of a pain

Found my older SUV battery dead a couple of times. Determined the brake lights were staying on after parking the vehicle. Researched my model online and spent almost $30 for an under dash brake switch to replace the original factory switch which was a bear to install up under dashboard yet the problem persisted. Discovered the brake switch plunger was going through a hole in the brake pedal arm instead off being depressed to turn the brake lights off. Put one of these in that hole, it snapped in easily, fits snugly, brake light go off when parked, and the battery does not go dead anymore.

worked for a 2006 Lexus ES330 brake pedal , my old brake pad stopper fell apart and found pieces on floor mat. Brake light stayed on and killed battery. This worked, I needed to unbolt brake pedal to install

It works but it's 1mm thicker when used as a throttle stopper and have to have it a bit.

Fits Hyundai i30 2013 model perfect! The i30 is known to have this issue, specifically the 2013 one.
