Insightful
A short while ago, I got attuned to my newly found interest in SCM. And luckily came across this reference book that helped me develop a basic understanding of what the domain actually encompasses. It exhibits insights into all the stages and processes of SCM from raw materials to final product and management of same until it reaches the rightful customer at right time with right cost etc. It is super informative that I believe it would prove to be a fruitful addition to school curriculum.

It will act more as a reference book for you. Most of the concepts are explained through Graphs, pictures and Tabular form alongwith detailed explanation of each concept which becomes easy for the students to understand it.

Insightful !!
In this very first edition of Logistics and Supply Chain Management, these authors had tired their best to cover almost each and every possible aspects of supply chain management area. Just like an Academic Book it is full of conceptual theories explaining various supply chain dynamics, inter relations among them, Commercial and Contractual agreements, STEEPLE analysis, inventory management and transport related concepts. All explained in detail into different chapters with easy to understand language and enough examples to summarize it all more effectively. It would definitely enhance your knowledge in particular sector and help you increase your utility.
