I’ve tried many different brands and types of feminine pads over the years, but the Always Infinity Feminine Pads for Women, Size 3, Extra Heavy Flow, with wings are hands down the best. I have a heavy flow, and these pads provide the perfect amount of coverage and protection, so I feel secure all day long. The absorbency is incredible—they hold a lot of liquid without feeling bulky or uncomfortable. I never worry about leaks, even on my heaviest days. The wings keep everything in place, which is a huge plus, and I love that they’re unscented, so I don’t have to worry about any irritating fragrances. The material is soft and feels comfortable against the skin, and I can wear them for hours without feeling any discomfort. I also appreciate the fact that they come in a pack of 84, which is super convenient and lasts a while. I highly recommend these pads to anyone who needs reliable, heavy-flow protection. They’ve made my period days so much easier and more comfortable. 5 stars, without a doubt!

Very comfortable

These are my go-to pads. I've tried many Always products and this is my favorite when I am unable to get their pure cotton pads. These are great on heavy days and I will go a size down for lighter days. The wings stay on the underwear well. I used to use Always scented pads when I was a teen but those caused me some irritation so these unscented pads are much better and I've bought them for years! They absorb well but they are also thin/flexible so it is not noticeable under my clothes (even some of my leggings!).

I am genuinely impressed with the performance of the Always Infinity pads. They did their job reliably and offered excellent leak protection, even on my heavier days. The FlexFoam material makes them incredibly comfortable—I barely noticed I was wearing a pad, and they are so much less bulky than traditional alternatives. They also stay put perfectly without bunching or shifting, which is a huge plus. My only, and I mean only, complaint is that they are not scented. Since I prefer a light scent for extra peace of mind and odor control, I will look for a scented version next time, like the Always Radiant line, which uses the same foam technology. Highly recommend if you prefer an unscented option, or if comfort and security are your top priority!

These are great. Overflow is contained except when worn for too long. Wished the cotton ones worked this great for overflows.

Really like because no leaking

These pads are the best pads I've ever used; no leaks (I change every 4 hours cause I'm extremely heavy), they don't dry you out, they don't give you a wedgie, they don't smell like strong cheap perfume for a £1 (I hate the smells of pads, this literally just smells like a sponge lol) and they are the most comfortable pads I've ever worn (like a pillow more than thick plastic kitchen roll). I wanted to try these for bedtime and these size 3 pads are better than other always size 5 and size 6 pads I've worn for bed (those make me leak and feel uncomfortable wearing.). Because I'm extremely heavy, I will definitely get the size 5 in these, but I feel like I wouldn't need them, but more so I can have a better sleep without worry. Overall, these are the best pads ever! I wish they were cheaper and in more supermarket stores around the UK (you can only get them from boots and online, plus you have to buy them in bulk when you get them online).
