I am brand new to builder gel (well not anymore because I’ve been using this for a few months now but started as beginner) and I LOVE THIS STUFF. It’s incredibly easy to work with and is self leveling so it’s very forgiving with newbies. I’m a cosmetologist so I had minimal nail care training and I was able to get through it with a little patience and practice. You can use just one layer or you could do 3-4 thin layers if you prefer thicker nails. I prefer the natural polished look and this works great. It stays clear and doesn’t yellow under the curing lamp. I have yet to break a nail or have any lifting (just make sure you don’t get it on the cuticle). The consistency is much thicker than typical polish but goes on nice and smooth and it holds up so well. I haven’t had any chipping or anything like that either. It has almost no smell and overall easy to get the hang of it!

Although I cannot provide a picture to show how well it has worked, I’ll do my best to explain. So the application goes on smoothly, evenly and it’s totally clear. So it will not affect the color of polish that you apply. It dries quickly with UV light that you would use with any gel polish. And it does not give off that burning feeling while it’s curing. When they remove it, it’s the exact same process as removing gel polish. So I only get gel manicures. I have no false nails. Prior to using this product, I would get my manicure and within 2-3 days I would have at least one nail break. My nails were weak because I had acrylic nails for years! So I took a chance on this. It’s been a couple of months now and I can confidently tell you that it has truly strengthened my nails! I am so glad I found this product! I would highly recommend this item if you are looking to protect your nails!

Definitely gave my natural nails a little bit of the apex curve to make my nails look a little thicker. It took a while to cure it was still sticky but I sealed it with a top coat gel and it did harden. So far it hasn’t peeled off. It also has a very glossy look to it which I like.

I’m a notorious DIY girly and I’ve tried it all. Tried acrylic, polygel, gel nail polish, nail extensions, glue on nails. This is hands down the easiest, quickest, most durable and long lasting. I settled with just glueing nails on but wasn’t happy with the durability. This makes the nails tips so hard and is so easy to work with. Even better one coat was opaque enough and a gel base coat wasn’t needed, just this and a top coat. It’s cut down a lot of steps. Once my nails grow longer I plan on using just this over my natural nails. Ive gone once to a nail salon for this and walked out $100 poorer and unhappy with their results. Use with a e file to remove. Plan on getting more colors. Just do your nails at home ladies :)

Love it!! Bought to learn how to do builder gel by myself on my natural nails. It works really, really well! Learning the correct application techniques has been a learning curve, but this product makes it easy. However, since this is a more professional product it requires more precision. Please do not purchase this for a child. It comes in a normal polish sized bottle, is very thick, and has a nicely sized application brush. I’ve attached a video from my second try ever using this builder gel. It’s definitely good value for the cost! (Polish is Fake Halo by Mooncat)

Different consistency than i'm used to so it was a little difficult at first BUT overall very pretty. Color is super buildable but I love a good sheer tint vibe. Stays on long without chipping/lifting if application is done correctly. Great price for the amount of product, perfect sheer pink for french tip look.
