Blue Steel

I got this mount for a long plan ride with the kiddos about a year. It worked out really well and provide much needed hands and tray free watching of the ipad. Now, this mount goes everywhere with me. I use it when doing dishes to watch some netflix, or when I am in garage. Easy to setup for a video call. Attaches and holds on to a wide ride of locations.

I’ve had this for well over a year now. It has gone to Europe and about 10 domestic flights. I absolutely love it!! It works well, holds my IPad where it needs to be to prevent neck strain and headaches. I did run into a small issue in that I inadvertently over tightened one of the nuts and broke it. One email to the company and the quickest response to customer service I’ve had. I received a new part in the mail very quick and will be using it again in two days for another flight. Thank you for making such a great product.

Very heavy and bulky. Made very well but too bulky to pack when you are trying to minimize “stuff” in your luggage.

We use an iPad Pro, the big beast, when traveling. We've used it on four flights to so far, and it was surprisingly stable. I love that there's just one turn screw once it's in place that clamps down all the joints which makes it very easy to use. I was unhappy that I let it disassemble by not clamping down the screw after the last use and had difficulty reassembling. I sent an email to the manufacturer, a small business, who responded within 10 minutes with instructions and even offered for me to return it for them to reassemble. That is service! Very happy to use this for the foreseeable future.

Perfect for flying, it will readily hold a 12.9” iPad Pro clipped onto the back of the chair in front of you, or on your tray table. It is surprisingly stable and folds down reasonably well. My wife laughed at me when I first produced it, but now she loves hers. I love that you can eat an airplane meal while still watching your ipad, and the extra height helps your neck on a long flight. Update on the seller's great customer service: the mount broke (my fault) and the seller provided a replacement part to me at no charge.

Too big for the switch 2. This seemed like it would be awesome, but apparently, the switch 2 is the exact height at which this stops. The switch 2 will rest in there, but it easily falls out as a result. Bummer, as this would have been fantastic.

This product seems to be pretty sturdy, despite Amazon sending it in a plastic bag which caused the box to be crushed. It look to have previously been returned to Amazon by another customer when I unpacked the crushed box, as some of the parts were no longer in their original plastic bags. I bought a new item, not used. I don't appreciate being charged full price for something that was returned to the shelf. That being said, I put this holder together with no problem. The only thing that wouldn't connect properly was the part that connects to the clip itself. It would not stay in place. I have a feeling that's why it was returned in the first place by someone else. I am having Amazon send another one and hope this time everything works as promised.

Ordered this for flights so we can hang the iPad to watch movies without straining our necks. It works like a charm for every seat configuration we have encountered so far. We did over-tighten the knob on one flight, which caused it to crack. The owner of this small business got back with me within minutes (on a Sunday afternoon at that)! Absolutely great device with wonderful customer service!
