There's lots of ear plugs on the market, starting from a few pence up to a few hundred for custom CENs types. These are well made with nice touches such as the extra long rear stems that allow easy removal and placement. They are super comfy thanks to the wide sealing flanges but be careful removing them as they caused my ears to ring as they came out with a bit of a pop! (down to the seal). You can hear others talk with them in but on the move they kill wind noise on the bike to low levels making long distance riding less of a chore. Whilst cheap foam plugs are meant to be thrown after a few wears, these are washable and should last a year or more so most riders will save money over cheaper foam plugs if they need to wear these regularly. They come in a handy zipped pouch which can be attached to your key ring so you don;t lose them. Best I've used on a motorbike to date and certainly the most comfortable.

This is the second pair I purchased, previously had the race type, which I absolutely loved. This time I opted for the tour ones, but I am not enjoying them at all, while they reduce wind noises they feel smaller and don't fit as well as the other ones did. Another note is about engine noise, not sure how, but the bike feels incredibly loud with them, much more than if you ride without, and not in a pleasant way but very overwhelming.I would rate the race type 5/5 with great wind noises cancellation and very usable for navigation and conversation, perfect to wear for long time under the helmet, while the tour are for me a 2/5.I only gave a generous 4 as I loved the first pair I got but would suggest only stick to those.

These are a great little product and do a really good job. I've only ever tried foam ear plugs before and found them to be be very uncomfortable and they often fell out unless they were shoved right into my ears. I've only worn these a couple of times but they seem quite small and fit into the ears easily and comfortably and do a very good job of noise cancelling, while still allowing audio from music or comms.

They're okay. Not brilliant, not rubbish. Very comfortable to wear but mine seem to work loose over a longer trip. Reasonable wind noise reduction can hear people and the environment ok, not expensive. They are okay 👍

I purchased a new helmet and the wind-noise was irritatingly loud, So I decided to get some re-usable earplugs. I've used foam ones before but for me I found they blocked too much noise.With these ones they block a lot of the wind noise which is great, but I can still hear the engine and the road noise from other vehicles which makes me feel more aware of surroundings. When stationary, I can still hear people talking when they're in (*though it's a little muted). I use these in conjunction with a Bluetooth headset which I can still hear clearly with them in.They have been really comfortable to wear and are easy to put in... Just be careful how far in you put them into your ear, Once you get used to it they're fine but I accidentally put them in too far a couple of times and they would have been very difficult to remove without tweezers!*I made the mistake of purchasing a different brand (not bike specific) before these ones and they really hurt when wearing a helmet so I had to return. I would definitely recommend these for a motorbike!

Used the Alpine Tour Plugs for about a year and misplaced them before buying the Alpine Race Plugs which are far better and more comfortable in comparison. And yes, I found my misplaced plugs which are a great back-up set! Great products and I don't ride without them. Wish I got these years ago as they never taught the importance of earplugs in bike school. Zero ringing in ears 🙉

Does what it says it does. I was a bit sceptical on how they would work with an open face helmet but wind noise reduced by 70% I’d say

As someone who for years never saw any merit in ear plugs with riding, I was shocked to see the difference.No only making the ride much more comfortable, but was better able to hear other noises, toning out some of the droning noises.Fits perfectly and comes with the fitting tool too. Very easy to use. Love the Cary case, making it very portable without any risk of losing them too.For the price, very much worth it and a great bit of kit for any ride out!

I bought these to replace the ones I lost. I have been using these products for a while now 1.5yrs. They reduce wind noise effective and still able to hear imporant noises/sounds on the road e.g. ambulance/police sirens, care horns and other noises on the road. I am able to hear people speak enough to have a conversation with. I highly recommond these. I would buy the pack that come with two types (red and black ear plug).

Ho problemi con l orecchio destro, se vado in moto il rumore del vento mi causa una fastidiosa otite che dura anche una settimana. Utilizzo moto scarenate, e purtroppo credo di avere dei caschi particolarmente rumorosi.Ho utilizzato precedentemente i classici tappi 3M da lavoro con scarsi risultati, doverli arrotolare, poi inserire bene bene fino in fondo all orecchio, non faceva per me, molte volte li inserivo male e alla fine mi veniva male lo stesso. Utilizzando questi tappi ho risolto tutti i miei problemi.Possiedo sia i "Race" rossi, che i "touring" neri. Preferisco i Race. Da fermo fanno un po' effetto ovattato e si fa leggermente fatica a sentire se ti parlano, ma in movimento sono una goduria, si sentono tutti o suoni della strada, veicoli, clacson, scarico e aspirazione della moto. Ma il rumore vento viene semplicemente filtrato via e a fine giro niente male all orecchio.Il tappo touring invece non fa quell effetto ovattato da fermo, e si riesce a sentire bene quando parlano le persone, però l effetto filtrante è minore, come consigliato fino a 100km/h nessun problema, oltre il vento torna a sentirsi ma comunque a fine giro anche con questi nessun male all orecchio.Per me l applicazione è facile con il piccolo strumento fornito nella scatola, ma credo di avere orecchie poco profonde in quanto i problemi di rimozione che riscontrano altri utenti non li ho avuti.I race sono un pochino costosi, ma i 14€ richiesti almeno per me li valgono tutti.

Really satisfied with these, been using them ever since I started doing long distance highway rides, and the cut back on wind noise makes them absolutely worth it. They are also insanely comfortable, I don't even notice or feel them in my ears.
