Perfect for my application, which is very simple, non-scientific, and not for straining tea leaves.Inexpensive, which is also a criteria for me.If I ever need another, I would buy this again.

Bought for someone else, they seem happy with it.

Although we use teabags in a teapot they sometimes split and using this saves leafs getting into mug/cup and would work perfectly with loose tea .We are in a very hard water area and therefore get quite a bit of limescale in kettle and teapot dispute regular rinsing and cleaning and why really we use a tea strainer and it works perfectly as the mesh is nice a fine .Used several times a day and for several months and both frame and mesh are still in perfect order.Has been hand washed and dishwasher cleaned and is fine either way .

A bit pricey for the size.
