This is by far the best protein drink I have ever bought. Tastes like a McDonald's vanilla shake and is so creamy. I love that it's mixed with water and is only 200 calories. It's very filling too !

Have been using this product on and off for about a month now. Feel that it's a good value for money meal replacement shake. I was originally looking at Herbalife but chose this as it had the same benefits for half the price. Haven't seriously dieted with it so can't vouch for weight loss so far, however it is very filling and satisfying. I don't need or want to eat for quite a while after drinking it. A couple of people have mentioned the flavour and texture as issues. Yes it is very sweet, and very thick if you use the amount of liquid suggested and thicker if you don't drink it straight away. I have found the sweetness is buffered a bit by using half and half skimmed milk and water. The directions recommend milk anyway. You can have it with just water and it's not bad but it does taste better with at least some milk. The thickness issue is easily resolved. Use more liquid! Simple! The texture is also better if you can leave it half an hour or so before drinking. Gives it a better chance to disperse in the liquid, I think. Overall I'm very happy with the product and will be trying other flavours.

Been going healthy for about 2-3 months now and I've been using these shakes as meal replacements. The first one I bought was the Cafe Latte flavour (I like coffee) and it's super tasty, and has a hint of coffee which is nice. The second one I bought was Vanilla Cream which tastes like vanilla icecream, again it's nice and tasty. I've just started on Strawberry Cream today and that's delicious too - the vanilla and strawberry specifically taste like them macdonalds milkshakes and have the same thick consistency - so if you don't like maccies milkshakes then you might not like these! In terms of how effective it is for weight loss - I've used it once a day at lunch as part of a calorie controlled high protein diet along with HIIT exercise once a day 6 days a week. I would say that these shakes fill you up really well, and keep the hunger away for a good few hours until your evening meal. It is only 200 calories per serving which fits nicely into my CICO practice, and the high protein content is ideal for making me feel full and snack less. A lot of reviews say its horrible with water and they have it with milk instead - I tried it with milk once and it was horrific. I stick with water and it tastes really nice and suits me just fine. I'd recommend you use ice-cold water though since it's not as nice when served warm. And for reference, even though I'm not putting down my weight loss to this alone, it has certainly helped contribute towards me going from 12stone to 10st 5lbs over a period of 2 months. Will try another flavour next month but can definitely recommend Cafe Latte / Vanilla Cream / Strawberry Cream. I'd suggest you go for Vanilla Cream if its your first purchase - play it safe and go from there if you like it.

Been in the fitness industry for about 17years and as a professional footballer for 5 years, this protein is good as an overall everyday protein or a snack, I've been using it to cut my sweet vulnerabilities. 3/5 for the taste ( vanilla flavour) but that's personal taking it with a grain of salt. It cuts my appetite for more food which I like and it's the purpose I take half a dose when want something sweet. Been using it for about a month. Results are decent but that's again personal life style, training, diet etc SUMMARY : If you want a all day rounder with above average taste that cuts your appetite while provides the nutrients in a very affordable price then it's your go to. If not look for something else.

I've tried various protein shakes as part of my training/weight loss programme. I find USN Ultralean (vanilla) is the best; the powder mixes very easily in cold water and the resulting shake is thick, tasty and filling. I initially was worried that the shakes would not be filling and that I'd end up snacking. However, I find that the shakes keep me going for about 4 hours. I usually run first thing in the morning, followed by a shake made with 2 scoops. Lunch is another shake, followed by a decent dinner in the evening. I sometimes add fruit to the shakes or have as a snack. The price for a 2kg tub is very good - I had to pay double in a local health food store. Delivery is prompt. I managed to lose about 20kg and I believe that the shakes were a key part in helping me to control my calorie intake. I maintained my weight by having 1 daily shake. Since getting hitched, the weight has crept back on, so I'm back on the shakes and training programme because I know this will help me get the results I want! I have tried cheaper alternatives promising weight loss, but I found them very thin, leaving me feeling hungry. As a result, the snacking increased so it was a waste of time and money. Hubby wasn't impressed with my grumpiness! I'd say give USN ultralean a go, it's better than its competitors.

With this you really need a exercise . One glass in afternoon or in morning and I don’t feel hungry more 5 hours I can go easily. You need to increase your water intake more.
