There are 3 separate ways to apply Garnier Coconut Hair : 1. As a rinse-out : squeeze excess water from hair and generously smooth Garnier coconut hair through your mid lengths to ends. Leave in for 1 to 5 minutes depending on the care your hair needs. Rinse thoroughly. 2. Apply on wet hair, without rinsing, to detangle and smooth. 3.
