is this "fake tan" that washes out in a shower? whats difference with this one and the tan intensifier that is without SPF? (which lasts longer etc)

It is water and sweat resistant but will fade in the shower because soap or shower gel will wash it off. But because it's a sunscreen you should have a natural tan forming anyway. It'll only be the 'fake' bit that washes away. Each time you put it on though it will bronze you. The difference between that and the tan intensifier is that the TI is doesn't have sun protection so shouldn't be used to sunbathe with.

Does this have an expiry date ?

Checked a couple of bottles I have, cannot see a date on them or 'use with x days of opening'
