No dust, excellent odour control. The best litter I'd ever used -at the time (UPDATE).
This review is for Cat's Best Original Organic Wood Granule Clumping Cat Litter. I've had cats all of my 60+ years. I've used many types of litter - I even had an automatic litter box that used crystal litter for a while. This wood granule litter is unquestionably the best litter I’ve ever used. What I like best about it is that it is low dust. When I scoop there is no plume of dust like that produced by clay-based litters. I also find it is more effective at controlling odor than any other litter I’ve used. Our box is in an enclosed space, yet I do not find the odour in that space to be offensive using this litter, even whilst scooping. The clumping action is very effective also. The clumps are larger and softer than with clay-based. But they are easily scooped, and do not leave residue behind. I find I don't need to do a complete change and clean of the box very often at all with this litter, and it's easier when I do. With clay-based litter there's always some hardened residue adhered to the box. I don't get that with this litter. The granules are large as compared to other litters. And not all scoops will allow the granules to filter through. I found a nice stainless-steel scoop with relatively large slots in it that works very well. There is one thing towards negative; because the granules are less dense than clay-based litter, somewhat more of it gets displaced out of the box and onto the floor. But this is a minor complaint for me; it’s a trivial task to sweep up the debris. And the larger, dust-free granules are more easily swept up compared to clay litter. -UPDATE- Everything above is true. But when we moved house, with the litter in a new location (garage), litter tracking became a much bigger issue. Litter was being tracked into the kitchen and beyond! I tried a litter mat, but unfortunately one of the cats interpreted it as an extension to the box - disaster. So, I switched to Tigerino Canada litter and am much happier.

Best Change I Ever Made
I used to use Catsan non clumping cat litter, but we were having trouble with smells, and the whole lot would need changing regularly. Done some research and tried this out in one of our 5 litter boxes. The Pros: - Zero smell. Obviously if your cat does a smelly poop then you're going to smell that, but no wee smells. - Clumps REALLY well. Turns into a nice solid ball of wee & litter that easy to remove from the box without contaminating the rest. It's worth noting that you need to have a thick enough layer of the litter in order for this to work (and your cat needs to cover their business after) otherwise you will just get a pile of mush. We found this out after one cat scrapped from one corner, then another used that corner right after! - Long lasting. As long as you're removing the waste twice a day/daily, then the bulk of the litter will last quite a while and you can just top it up as required. Eventually the granuals will start to turn into sawdust, and I use that as an indication of when the box needs a complete changeover. The Cons - Yes, it is easily trackable! We have honeycomb mats outside each box to trap the majority, but we still need to hoover daily. - It is more expensive than other litter, but given how long it lasts it works out cheaper in the long run. - Larger bags tend to have more weight in them, so you can end up with some that have crumbled into sawdust a bit. Bottom line: Our 4 cats love this litter, and I'd need to find something seriously amazing for me to consider changing!

Actually, it's pretty darn good!
So yeah, I wasn't sure about "the best cat litter ever" but actually it's really good. So it looks like wood chips and smells a little like saw dust (but the smell goes away quickly when you open the bag) but this is one of the best litters I've used. It's fairly soft so my cat is happy to walk on it, it keeps the smell at bay really well and very absorbant, meaning it lasts longer overall. My only small fault with it is sometimes when my cat wees, it turns into mush rather than a solid ball. But my cat has hyperthyroid so she wees a lot and this does a good job overall anyway. The ;price is high but if you buy catsan, I'd say try this as it's lightweight, very low dust and overall does a good job at clumping and keeping smells away.

Long lasting, lots of cleaning
I'm looking for good litter for my cat, 1) absorbent, 2) fresh, 3) non scented, 4) easy to clean, 5) long lasting Absorbency - I would say it's good, for wee have to wait until adesorbed about a minute, then I scoop the wee " Cookie" into bin for number 2 my cat covers it with litter and after few moments they seem to be no smell, so I would say good smell coverage after "gift" has been cleaned. Fresh - it's fresh enough that I don't smell his wee and no 2, litter stays in one piece after cleaning and usage Scent - it smells like quinea pig lining, I'm not saying in bad way, I like it, it smells like cosy cat toilet ready to reuse Easy to clean - they go everywhere, with my cat feet onto the bed, near litter tray, kitchen, you name it, basically if you don't clean in before your cat is gone playing around, you are in for some litter hunting, each single time..my hoover filer smells like this litter, even after I cleaned the filter, I'm considering buying hand held hoover just for that. Long lasting - yes, yes and yes. One bag lasts me 1 month, it's clumping one, so remove gifts "comb" the tray and you're set for month, I say it's good, I change once every week or so, I use scoop, special spoon for wee biscuits, and compost baggy for smelly gift My cat does his stuff about 4 times a day and there's a no 2 gift as well. So far I'm satisfied with the results and quality, I will buy again 7.5/10

Really is the best
I've been trying to find a better cat litter after using catsan for years and years. This one is brilliant. I wanted one that controlled the odour because our last one didn't do a good job at all, one that clumped and didn't need changing so often and was more eco friendly and this has ticked all the boxes. So far (and I've only been using it a few weeks) it seems brilliant. It clumps really well, so it's easy to remove, but unlike the last brand I tried which turned to cement on the bottom of the tray, this doesn't do that at all. And it only needs a little top up after each scooping sesh. The bag says it can go for around 30 days before needing a complete change which if it's true is going to be great. With catsan it was a full change every week. It also has the added benefit of being much kinder to the planet than previous litters I've tried. This litter does go everywhere, but having used 3 completely different kinds and they've all gone everywhere I can only assume that's no fault of the litter. The litter has a strong woody smell that isn't great, but I got used to it pretty fast and I'll take earthy smell over cat pee and poops any day 🤣

Best cat litter I have tried.
FINALLY found a cat litter that doesn't smell, clumps properly and is easy to remove. Clay cat litters, break up when removing urine clumps, turn to a horrible clay paste and smudge all over the litter tray and any residue spilt out by the cat will crush into carpets and smudge hard floors. Well not this plant based litter. It's like a sort of chunky cardboard that never smells, clumps brilliantly staying together and doesn't leave any residue on the litter tray so it's easy to empty it all out and clean the tray now and then. It also lasts a long while too. Any bits spilt out the tray by the cat are easily vacuumed up and don't smudge the floor. A bit more expensive than even the ultra clumping types of clay litter but this is well worth it.

It's pretty good but I don't know about Europes best...
I got this because our usual cat litter was out of stock and this had high ratings + good reviews, I'm not a 100% sure if I'll buy it again. I only have a few small qualms with this, 1- yes its very clumping but it clumps into a weird soggy/gooey gelatinous mess which doesn't seem to dry even when left overnight, however, it doesn't leave pee mountains - i.e. stick to the bottom of the tray 2- Not great for odour control on its own, I've had to mix it with other litter but my cat has especially smelly poops or so my housemate says 3- its really lightweight so it goes everywhere despite my best efforts of a high walled litter box and there is some gradual traction though not as much as superfine litter pros, 1- this 4.3kg bag lasted about 3 maybe 4 months which was much longer than I anticipated, albeit mixed with other litters because of the poor odour control 2- it's reasonably priced 3- my cat likes it 4-its eco friendly

Yes, it tracks, but it truly is the best cat litter!
I used to hate the idea of litter trays, mainly because I was used to seeing and smelling the urine-stinky newspaper lined trays with clay litter that other people used for their indoor cats. Then, when my cat had to stay indoors after an illness, this stuff completely changed my mind. Pour it in several inches deep, scoop out the clumped urine and faeces a couple of times a day, and there's next to no odour. With normal use and topping up now and them to replace what's removed with scooping, the tray won't need to be emptied and the litter changed more often than every couple of weeks. Even scooping isn't such an unpleasant task as it could be, because the waste is completely coated with the litter. The only drawback is that it does stick to the cats' paws and track around the room. But I can deal with needing to vacuum the floors more often way better than I could deal with having a stinky litter tray in the house!
