i think these spanners are great for entry level use DIY person 3 for £18 must tell you something perfect for D I Y . GOOD PRICE AMAZON. PS. think other people on other sites are buying them and selling separate at higher price ? just my opinion , no proof .

The only adjustable spanners you should go for, bahco.

As a plumber I use adjustable shifters all the time, needed a new set and found these which worked out a lot cheaper than screwfix prices. They seem pretty sturdy, slight bite when winding one of them open but that's smoothed out after a short while, probably just a burr. Good quality and barely any movement in the Jaws while using, will update this review when I've used them for a couple of months to see how the Jaws hold up. Also like the fact you can unscrew these and take them completely apart to dry and oil properly - (most other brands don't allow this and are stamped to stop you fully unwinding the jaw off). 2+ year update: still going strong, can't fault the daily abuse these go through. I will say though that since these, I have bought the 9031s which come with a rubberised grip (8" 200mm), which are much better, they actually fit 1/2 3/4" fittings with room to spare and the mechanism actually feels better on them. Whereas the 8" in this set will just about do 15mm and that's it really.

These are very nice adjustables and the finish is very high quality. It arrived loose in a bag from Spain, to the uk and the to the US with zero damage, speaking to the products durability . The wrenches are lightly oiled with a black finish
