Got this as my son's first alarm clock. He loves it, as it matches his favorite stuffy, I like it because it gets him out of bed in time for school. It's easy to use, cute aesthetically, but the alarm sounds are weird. They sound like recordings of things like iPhone alarms. My kid doesn't seem to mind, though, so I'm happy just the same. It looks cute, it works, and wasn't expensive.

EDITED: I thought this clock was defective because of the screensaver effect while plugged in... Turns out it was a voice recording setting where I just had to long press the button with the microphone. Once I did that, it works just fine and display remains on. Adding this all here in case anyone goes through this same headache too. Bumping up to 4 stars but keeping one star off because instructions suck and when I searched here for why that was happening, RUFUS (or DUFUS) never mentioned that setting, and simply said that if plugged in, display should be on. I had to call amazon to learn this. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This is a very cute clock. The problem is the usb. Why can’t it be a regular plug? After a few weeks, the plug or something stopped working so it was running on the battery which caused the screensaver effect (screen didn’t stay consistently lit) which was annoying. And just a matter of time that battery will need to be replaced but it’s a built in battery that can’t be replaced. Wouldn’t recommend. Buy one with a regular plug in and one that the battery can be replaced.

I love the clock!! The cat design is super cute and also compact so I’m able to take it with me wherever I go. The lights are bright and I love that I can adjust the brightened on it. The screen is so clear that I can see the time from a good a distance. I love how long the battery lasts with the clock and the price is such a steal. The best clock I’ve ever gotten!

My son loves this alarm clock. It’s easy to use. It does NOT have those 3 different colours to show when to sleep, play in own room, and get up like others - I originally looked for that but this works great for us. The reason I picked this one is because the screen is black and it has a night mode. Reviews of other alarm clocks was about it being too bright and this one isn’t. It’s really great - dark screen with easy to read features and easy to use buttons and modes. Love it. Fragile cable, so make sure your kid doesn’t play with it.

We love it! Perfect for as a nightlight and clock. My daughter can control which colour nightlight she wants with a simple press on the kittys head. It's perfect! Would definitley recommend. Only thing is that we don't know how to put on the alarm and thr light at the same time lol but I'm sure it's possible. The light has just turned off everything we put the alarm on.

My son really likes this new alarm clock. He loves the light up ears and choosing the color of the "mouth" - the ring around the screen. I especially like 2 features of this clock compared to many others I've night on Amazon. 1- it has an internal battery, so while it's probably best left plugged in, once fully charged it will go for a few days without being plugged in which is convenient if you want it in a place not near an outlet. 2- the buttons on the reverse are clearly labeled and there are multiple of them. Too many of these basic electronics from China try to do 25 different functions with two buttons and I can never figure out what combination of one, both, long press short press, press and hold etc.. you need to do to make it function. This has eight labeled buttons. Makes way more sense. I like it

This bedroom clock for children was one of the best purchases we made in Amazon for our child’s room. He really loves it! Its beautiful and high quality with lots of settings and alarm functions. The best part is the night light on top and the display which lets our little one know when its night time or day time, and lets us know the room temperature. It’s loaded with features. We havent tried the white noise yet but I am sure that is good too! Buy this one, you won’t regret it.
