Expensive but I notice a difference

Definitely add it to your skin routine!
I started using this toner and I was VERY surprised how much oil and dirt came off. I thought I washed my face well enough, but this has really helped me make sure ALLLL the dirt is gone. It doesn’t dry my skin out either, definitely recommend adding this to your skin routine :)

PCA toner is great as are all products by PCA.

Great for Melanin Skin.
My favorite toner to use for melanin and sensitive skin. No itching , burning or peeling and does not leave the skin dry!
