One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish: Dr. Seuss makes reading Fun!

Lovely book, purchased as a christmas gift for my grandson. Arrived well packaged and on time.

Classic. My 4 year old is a huge fan.

On the surface One Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish, the third Beginner Book that Dr. Suss (Ted Geisel) wrote, might appear to be a book of merely counting, colours, opposites and other concepts. The book revolves around the motto of "funny things are everywhere", and the fish in different guises are but the welcome mat to this wild, weird world. The creatures and crazy situations in the book (Yink, Yop, Ying, Gack, Zans, etc) are designed to encourage readers to embrace the world in all its quirkiness and diversity, and there are small sentiments peppered throughout the book such as "These things are fun, and fun is good" and "If you wish to make a wish". This book may be plotless, but the theme of funny things and embracing the world help to anchor it and make it a Seuss masterpiece.

My boys love these books, the only ones they’ll sit through for bedtime! They love reading them and trying to figure out the words! We now have a library full of Dr Suess books!

The book arrived in good time and is in good condition - the cover was torn which I wasn't expecting, hence the missing star as that wasn't in the description. But now fixed with cellotape so all good. It's a nice big version and I'm very happy about that for a beginning reader.

I didn't know how well Dr Seuss would go down with my 20 month old toddler as I knew it would contain made up words/creatures but I needn't have worried. My son absolutely adores the word play/repetition and requests this book all the time. I will definitely be looking at adding some more to our collection

This is probably my favourite Dr Seuss book and I never read it as a child. So funny! My son (5) likes it too and most of the words are easy enough for him to decode without much help.

I bought this for my niece as she loves the author. She was super happy and has read it multiple times. Must be a good book.

As per the title

Amamos o livro. É um livro para leitores iniciantes, as paginas tem poucas palavras e os fonemas se repetem. Eu traduzi nas primeiras leituras e depois já consegui ler em inglês e meus filhos acompanham pois ja conhecem o contexto. Minha filha já esta arriscando as primeiras leituras sozinha.

One book 2 book red book blue book…but this book is yellow so you must buy it.
