I purchased this as I have seen my audiologist recently and got my noise generators fitted which are like hearing aids. They were really itchy when I first wore them and read that sometimes it's good to clean the plastic material, but I know you need to make sure no moisture gets into the electric mechanism so I found this. This was the best one for the price and had good reviews so I went for it. So far it fits the plastic bit perfectly, and is very easy to use. You just pump the blue rubber material and it pushes all the liquid out. I soaked them in some hot salty water, used this and they feel much better now. Brilliant!

What a simple little device. Previously I blew into the receivers and battery chambers which on reflection was a bit daft as human breath is damp. With a few puffs from this little beauty, my hearing aids are free from damp, dust and are dry which increases their efficiency by, I would guess, 15 percent. Given that no hearing aids work well the vast hard of hearing have to squeeze as much out of them as possible. For very little outlay this certainly helps.

I can't say anything bad about it. Good price and it works. I guess the only thing would be that I wish it had come in a sealed bag but that's about it.

Very good product but my only other comment is that it should have a 2mm short flexible tube to fit over the end of the ear tube. It is difficult to line up the tubes without some positive location device

I don’t normally leave reviews but this air puffer is very poor quality. Is not supposed to break after few days. I had one that looked similar before which I used for years and I never had any problems with it. Unfortunately I lost it and I needed to get a new one. Arrived the very next day. From the beginning I noticed the top being very flimsy. After few days it didn’t dry the air off my hearing aids tubes so I looked at it and noticed that is broken. I won’t recommend it.

When my son was first fitted with hearing aids they gave us just the basic cleaning tools that come in the hearing aid box and told us nothing about things like moisture and the need to keep the tubes clear. When my son started school, his SENCO used a puffer like this and suddenly a lot of details about maintaining hearing aids properly was made clear to us. Along with a decent cleaning tool, I also bought this puffer as it is the same sort as he uses at school and my son was already familiar with its use. The thing itself is simple, well-made and easy to use. An easy choice for adding to your hearing aid kit.

Purchased to clean my fathers hearing aids; I use them to flush tubes with isopropyl alcohol then blow air after. Works well.

This is an amazing little device. Yes, the tip is fragile. It's made of hard plastic but isn't like it costs 'an arm + a leg'. Be CAREFUL + GENTLE using it. I'm fairly new to owning hearing aides that need this type of cleaning. My old, 18 yr. old, broken one was an 'in the canal' style. I'm deaf in one ear but bought 2 rechargeable hearing aides, one in my ear + one always charging. This little item is so simple + basic, but does what it's supposed to do. I get sick of reading neg. reviews on inexpensive items that the complaining buyers simply don't use right or like to complain. When children play too roughly with their toys, sometimes they break.lol
