how do I use gel polish on top of these extensions?

I filed them then did base coat, color coat then top coat. I haven’t tried the poly gel

Hi, they are not thick at all. They are just about right all u need to do is buff it a little bit and you good to go

Can the soft gel be soaked off?

Yes I soak it off all the time , may take more soaking time just use aluminum foil
