No hitch in installing or using. Very easy to set up. Pretty intuitive lock. Hasn’t given me any trouble at all. Very happy with it. It looks very sleek when not is use. No sticking bottoms like my old key pad lock. It always deploys and locks on the first try. I have had trouble with other locks in the past on my door. No issue with this one at all. It is solid and feels very nice to use.

I had an old lock, last week got locked out because i forgot to take my key and closed the door with the other lock on. Then decided to purchase a digital one to never be locked out. I have been using this one for a while and its great, easy to program and to use. Even my 7 yrs old boy have his own code and he can open and lock the door. I installed it quickly and it come with two options to better fit your door. Easy to install and the batteries last a long time. Now i can leave my house and not worry about being locked out.

My Kwikset lock went bad. I bought this one, because it was cheaper. I found in difficult to put in AND after I installed it, IT DIDN'T WORK! It wouldn't unlock most of the time with the batteries, so I took them out, and still had trouble unlocking it with the deadbolt handle. Save ur money and time. There's a old saying, "U get what u paid for". Stick with the name brans, like Kwikset or Schlage.

Install was fairly easy, had some problems but was due to my door being older, no issue with the lock. Setting the codes was a little confusing, took me a while to figure it out but it worked. 1st day batteries went out, they were from prior unit which i had replaced the batteries fairly recent. Put in new ones and 2 weeks later my wife and daughter could not get in. No power to unit. Took batteries out and put them back in and it worked. May return it if it does this again, other than that its fine.

The bolt retracts the whole way when unlocked from inside, but when code is entered from outside, it doesn't quite retract the whole way. After significant time taking it off, fiddling and putting back on, I got it to retract more. Now since my door jam isn't flush, the lock will work (even though it still isn't retracting the whole way). I found installation to be time consuming. The holes must be dead on accurate and level, it's not at all forgiving. Still a value for the money, I'm keeping it despite the frustrations.

Lock looks great on the door and works perfect. I got this lock on Black Friday for an amazing deal for our front door. The installation was a breezy since it fit perfectly on my door and the installation instruction were very easy to follow. it works perfect, it unlocks quickly once the code is on and locks by holding down any number for about 2 seconds. If you’re in the market for a new keyless entry lock, this is the one!

I bought this keyless entry for my 72 year old mom. She loves not having to find a key and fumble with the lock. She’s thanked me multiple times and tells me she loves it. My husband installed it in under an hour and we set the code to her choice. This is a great keyless entry choice!

We are the type of family who have locked ourselves out of our home periodically. We have one of our neighbors hold an extra key just for this reason. The keyless door lock works as advertised, but it doesn't work on Bluetooth. It instead relies on using 4 AA batteries to operate. They do give you a key, but the reason why I bought it is to not have to do that. I do like it, but next time I might opt for a smarter lock with Bluetooth instead. The upside is that it was relatively cheap compared to that option.
