Avoid - low quality and very slow
This PC ran so slow that it was unusable, even for browsing the internet, and I had to spend 150 pounds on an upgrade to make it work at normal speed. My friend, who runs an IT business, took a look and told me that some of the hardware is so cheap and basic that it was never going to work properly.

Broke after 10 days no tech support
Edit: AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. company have refused refund. Now waiting for the whole 48 hours to reply to each message. Offered to fix, but at my cost despite it being a hardware issue. I have had to contact both amazon and my credit card company to get it sorted. Computer was fine for playing roblox etc. But it has stopped working after 10 days, it just won't turn on. I called tech support at 4pm Friday and they said they were about to close so couldn't do anything and they won't be open until Monday. Seems a bit daft having no tech support on an evening or weekend for gaming PCs when that's when most people aren't at work/school.

It has no audio
The product is amazing it’s just there is no audio and that is like the one and only thing they need to work on

Worse pc you can buy
The worst computer I've ever had. It didnt work after a while and is very slow. I don't recommend buying such a computer at all.
