This is a piece of garbage. The ONLY plugs that works as it should are the usb and the 220V adapter. The usc doesn’t work at all (won’t charge any of my Apple products, tried multiple cords). Most importantly, the 110V adapter does NOT WORK!!!!!!!!!! I plugged my straightener into the 110, set it to lowest heat, and came back five minutes later and picked up by the handle and the handle was SEARING HOT and burned my hand bc the motor of the appliance was running so hot. This is because even though it was plugged in to the 110V, it was pushing 220V. Burned my hand, DESTROYED my hair appliance (unsafe to use now that the motor is fried), and now I am in Korea for 8 days without access to anything but a single usb port and 220V. Do NOT purchase this!!!!!!! Not only should I be refunded for the product, but also for my broken straightener and the Korean replacement straightener I’m going to have to buy now to do my hair for the next week. I truly wish I could give zero stars for this garbage.

This is must buy if you are traveling overseas that uses 240-220V. It works great and light weight. It is very sturdy.

Update: a couple days after I submitted the below review, I received a message offering a full refund for a defective product. I was looking for a converter smaller than the one I have right now which is the length of my hand. This one fit the bill, being palm-sized and having slots for two voltage choices. I started using it for a while with my laptop and my phone, which keep charge longer with a converter but don't need it to charge safely. After that went well, I tried it with my devices that are not dual voltage, using them on the lower voltage setting. Both devices burned out on first or second use, simply not turning on afterwards. Would not recommend as it doesn't actually seem to do the job of converting voltage based on the results.

I've been using my 110 milk frother in France for a week now and this converter works perfect for it! I love how compact it is. I didn't think I'd care about the extra charging ports but they are really nice to have. The only problem which is no big deal is that the European adapter plug that it came with is flimsy and falls off easily. You have to have the converter the right way around when you plug it in or it'll just fall right off of the adapter plug. This is solved by getting a separate adapter plug. But it's really not needed.

Took this power converter to Peru - only one of the outlets worked Took this power converter to the UK - the 'ground' prong (the top vertical prong) was too big to fit in the outlets. Pretty useless. Update on 6/1/24 The day after posting my original review 1-star, I was pro-actively contacted by Customer Service i.e. without me contacting them. This indicated that they read my review. They apologized for the inconvenience and poor shopping experience and offered a full refund. I appreciated their proactiveness I making my experience 'right'. I'm updating my rating from 1 star to 3 stars because of the follow up.
