This is for the Mushkin 64GB (2x32GB) CL16-17-17 Dual-Rank (2R) kit. Used on the Dell XPS 15 9570 laptop, the machine did not post until I unplugged the battery and then reconnected the battery. Dell shows the maximum memory as 32GB total but this works as 64GB is 100% recognized. The memory appears to be okay and uses Spectek chips which has the S logo and a division of Micron that is supposedly where the Micron chips that don't pass specifications will get sold as Spectek with lowered specifications after it meets the lowered specifications and passes the tests. Kingston Fury is the only other one with CL16 but the other numbers are actually bigger than 17. Corsair is CL18 and everyone else is CL19 or more.

I decided to upgrade my laptop when it was running slow. Sadly, the issues I was experiencing was due to lack of processor and graphics performance, and RAM did not really solve this. However, what it did solve was the slack I had in between loading multiple applications, rendering small films, photos, and the ability to have a million google tabs open and a game at the same time. I will say, although 32 GB of RAM is overkill and can help smoothness of gaming, it's not a direct fix for lag. I knew this going into it and still wanted to do it, and was happy with the outcome but if you're facing this issue, this will not fix that. Forewarning.

I got this for my laptop and it was a very needed upgrade for my gaming laptop that I use for 3d printing and 3d graphics. Love it the laptop can actually handle the memory load now. Way better than 4 gig.

This product works great with my aging Acer laptop. I tried another kit of memory, but the Cass Latency was too low for my computer and it crashed. I bought this 32gb kit and it was literally drop in and go. It's definitely has sped up my compile times and video editing times.

With the prices of memory historically low - it is a nobrainer to max out your laptop. Windows 10/11 will make a good use of it for caching, and your apps will be snappiest! You can also use the RAMdisk driver for saving the life of your SDD and caching temporary files.

What is there to say its r.a.m? I came in nice tight packing I just plugged it and it worked immidiately. I cant complain about this product.

There's a lot to dislike about MSI gaming laptops, but the ability to easily upgrade them is awesome. Popped out the two sticks of ram that the GS66 came with and popped in these Mushkins. Laptop booted and been using it constantly for a few weeks now with no issues with the RAM upgrade.

This ram modules are great for the money, they totally revived My laptop went from 8gb @2400 to 32gb @2666 and man, it feels good

comple estos modulos sodimm ddr4 a 2666Mhz por la latencia de CL 16, de esta marca tambien habia ddr4 a 3200mhz pero no estan disponibles mi equipo puede reconocer las de 3200mhz pero lo que estan vendiendo es de latencia cl22 a la cpu ryzen 9 5900hx le ayuda la baja latencia
