Relaxing but a bit too easy
I really enjoyed this book as it was something nice to do other than doing activities on iPads/Laptops/Phones. It covers a variety of different brain activities however I did find that the most of the puzzles were quite easy and finished the whole book within a week. I'm sure it could be finished even quicker if time allowed. I would recommend it though to anyone looking for easy going activities that you can do just to relax and take a bit of a break and not necessarily want to be struggling with puzzles that are difficult.

Great activities for the brain
My mother suffered a few strokes and has suffered some memory loss. This is a great book of activities that is not too hard, but not to easy that holds her attention and great exercise for her brain.

exactly what I wanted
This book is exactly what I was looking for. I bought it for someone with dementia to be able to do with a caregiver, and this is just right. It's easy/senior friendly (ie no pop culture) enough so that the person with dementia can get some of them, and and there's also enough to keep it interesting for a caregiver. We don't write in the book, just do them orally, so the puzzles can be used again and again. I have been looking for more like this, but many of the 'easy' puzzle books for adults seem to be full of filler...pages of colouring and writing...which are not puzzle related at all. This one is perfect and I wish they made more!

Great for dementia patients
Bought this for my mother in law who has dementia and she loves it. It’s a challenge for her and exercises her brain. She spends about an hour every day trying to solve the puzzles.
