Strata Products Ltd Ward GN325 210L Water Butt including Tap and Lockable Lid - Black

The service I got was excellent it was delivered by dpd great lad the but came boxed i will not hesitate to use them again great price

A bit difficult to make the whole the right size for the piping but that was down to me not the butt's fault

Not as robust as I thought But it dose the job.

Good reliable product. Does its job and very practical in the garden.

Excellent product, all fittings included, well worth the money

Will take a long time to fill butt with rain water so have left lid half on to maximise on water intake. Holes for rain in lid too small but presumably to stop leaves etc. getting into butt. Tap nice and low and have raised my butt on bricks to put watering can under. No need to buy plastic base to raise it.

210 litre capacity is a good size. The plastic it's made of is of a good quality when compared to the one it's replacing and overall the construction is good. Delivery was as promised - ie rapid. So much for the positives...... Had to drill a 22mm hole for the water intake pipe (which it didn't come with) with no issues. Half filled it with water and watched the tap leak, as reported by others, so used PTFE tape on the thread which appeared to sort it but my confidence is lowered tap-wise. The lid is just a bit of a small diameter and its unrquired lockable gizmo is weak and came with no method of locking/unlocking so a screwdriver was used. I'll break it off fairly soon. I think that for the price (note that VAT is added to the quoted price) this butt is a good deal as better/bigger versions seem to start around £50, which for me is too much, and it should last for quite a while if used carefully.

Great water butt, arrived just in time for the latest deluge ... many thanks Saves waterlogging now & will provide water for crops in the summer
