Unlike most other bodyweight devices (e.g. pull-up frames), the Porta-Gym is truly portable, weighing only 9kg and taking at most a few minutes to set up or pack away, and due to the proprietary design (EU and US design registrations and international patents) is highly stable and can be used equally well on even floors or uneven ground such grassy terrain. It collapses into a compact folded state that is easy to transport and self-contained. Each Porta-Gym comes complete and ready to use, including a pair of high quality slings (suspension straps). Please note, THE CROSSBAR HEIGHT IS 178cm (5ft10) when set up. This allows for persons approx 6ft1 (185cm) and below to perform full pull-ups (potentially with bending at the knees or L-sit positions; see our website or posts from our customers on social media for examples of taller persons enjoying full use of the Porta-Gym). Please CONSIDER CAREFULLY whether 178cm is adequate for your intended uses and needs. The recommended SWL is 120kg for normal bodyweight usage. When set up the frame covers a floor space of 150cm sq.
