I recently picked up the ASUS TUF 850W Gold-rated PSU for close to 90 quid and it has exceeded my expectations. Bought from the recommendations of the Mr Matt Lee YT channel. PC Build = AMD 9800X3D, 5070Ti, MSI Mag Tomahawk X970E motherboard, Lexar Ares RGB memory, WD Black NVMe stick plus this TUF 850W PSU. I haven't tried overclocking massively I don't need to with this build in 2025. I get the impression this is quite a stable "meta" build currently. PSU itself: Very easy to install - as the YT guy notes, the cables are particularly easy to work with - good coating that's not quite corded but also not the normal cheaper plastic which is quite unique in the PC PSU world. They bend round tight spaces very well and don't fight back when you're trying to have ago at keeping cables tidy! Power delivery has been stable. Zero noticeable fan noise in the case (but probably because of its location, naturally, and due to a number of other fans in the case we all have. The gfx card connector clicks in very well to the 5070TI (I made triply sure it was seated fully!) I actually got this via Amazon Resale ("Like new") for about €35 cheaper than new and it's been absolutely perfect

Amazing power supply with incredible reliability and efficiency. Bought this because my Corsair HX640 blew up. I wanted a supply of gold standard that would allow for my new upgraded system of AM5, RTX 4070 super and this power supply ticked all the boxes. Very impressed.

I loved the looks of this power supply and it is very quiet running my max power no problem. Sometimes fans will stop spin when idle and that is normal. Also that what makes it super quiet. Am happy with the product

Very robust and easy to install, but the stand-out part of this PSU has to be the cables and was ultimately why I chose this PSU. The quality of the cables feels so much better in comparison to other PSUs and they look extremely clean. Having these cables removes the need to buy extension cables to make your build look nice. Overall really happy with this PSU and can't recommend it enough.

Very pleased with the product, my previous PSU was failing during games and this one seems to be rock solid. Trusted brand, can't go wrong. Modular is the way to go.

Elle fonctionne bien, reste stable même en charge, et donne une bonne tranquillité d’esprit sur la durée. Le produit était bien emballé, arrivé rapidement et installé sans problème. Je l’avais payée environ 130 €, ce qui est un prix très correct pour une alimentation certifiée Gold avec cette puissance. Très bon choix pour une configuration gaming fiable 👍

He probado infinidad de fuentes de alimentación: Corsair RM850 2021, Corsair RMx1000, Be quiet 850 pure power 10, Nox Humer V850, Corsair RM850e, y muchas más que ya ni recuerdo (una cooler master 850 v2... etc...), y esta ha sido, con diferencia, la mejor, pero en todo: Ningún ruido del ventilador, ningún ruido eléctrico (por eso cambié tanto de fuentes, todas me daban aunque sea poquito de coil whine), y ,además, es que los cables son individuales (no me refiero a modular, sino que cada uno de todos los cables son individuales, filamentos propios y encima revestidos) y muy maleables. Puedes girarlos todos los grados que quieras que no se rompen ni se sienten duros. Yo jamás vi una fuente igual. Demasiado sorprendido estoy. Y en rebajas la pillé por 130€. Vi que internamente tiene como una especie de goma negra encima de los componentes que vienen con hilo de cobre que creo que son los que hacen coil whine en muchas fuentes. Quizá por eso esta no tenga coil whine. Y todo se ve de grandísima calidad. Creo que por eso es que realmente tiene certificación miliar en sus componentes.
