Does this item come in 2 boxes ? I received 1 box that's says 2 of 2 but ever received a first box and my tracking is says it's all here but it's not

The one I ordered did come in multiple boxes. I ordered the one without a trundle but it came with a frame to put a 2nd mattress under the bed anyway. Hopefully the rest of your order didn't get misplaced.
