I bought this mouse about three weeks ago for my laptop to work with Solidworks or when i wanted to work off the T.V. ----------------------------------------- When i received the wireless mouse, it came in a a small brown box. Opening it was a breeze, you are greeted with a quick start guide and the mouse and that was it. The nano receiver is place in a slot under the mouse which is held in place by a small strong magnet. When i mean strong, i mean the receiver will not budge. ----------------------------------------- What Features Does It Have...... 1. changeable DPI setting from 2400/1600/1000 through a click of button just above the scroll wheel 2. On the side of the mouse. it has two programmed buttons which act as a back and forward button for web searching 3, Its 2.4G which has a higher frequency than radios, so no interference their. ----------------------------------------- Pros Responsive in movement on a flat surface except glass. Its portable and also the nano reciever is tucked in well. The mouse is also comfortable for medium to long use. (when i use it for solidworks, typing in MC word and also search the web) The DPi feature is handy as i can change between 1000dpi when at solidworks and then 2400dpi for web-searching in a matter of seconds. Both the left and right buttons are responsive and leaves a satisfying sound to indicate it has been registered to the computer and also the scroll wheel moves quickly, which can be increased or decreased in scroll speed through the settings. ----------------------------------------- Cons The nano receiver could be slight taller or the magnet could be weaker, so i can easily pull it out of the mouse when needed and not struggle at it. :) Doesn't register on glass.( which can be solved with a mouse mat) I wish the side buttons could be programmed to act as other actions for the computer. ----------------------------------------- Conclusion First of all, i think this Mouse is a steal for what your getting for. The mouse is small and also suited for righted handed use as its shaped to the hand with a rubber texture on the side for added grip. I'm personally satisfied with this mouse as it can everything i need for a very low cost even with the small niggles. If you do pick up this mouse up, you wont regret it, :)

Don't know how i missed it's but instead of a single aa battery this one does require aaa batteries, which at first i was a little annoyed but i actually really like the mouse and the battry life should last apparently a year, so I don't mind it. It feels nice to hold and move, nice grip on it and doesn't slip as easily as my last one. It was easy to set up, just don't know how to set the buttons on the side of it up? And the dpi, i don't use the function much personally as i only like having one speed. I got this one because of how nice it looked, also as seen in the photo the colour is a bit more pale than what i imagined it would be if that puts anyone off. I'd recommend it, works nicely

This mouse is great. Really comfortable to use. I've had it for over a year and use it every day for work. I used to get wrist and hand pain before buying this alongside a mouse mat with wrist support and I no longer do. Would definitely recommend.

I already have a small wireless Tecknet keyboard / Mouse set for my home PC so when I decided I needed a portable wireless mouse for my work laptop I decided to buy Tecknet again. First off - the quality is top notch. It's very ergonomic, fits my hand perfectly and the weight / feel of the mouse is what I'd hoped for so I'm very pleased. The buttons click quietly, with little effort - the jog wheel is easy to turn but firm, and the back/forward buttons work perfectly. It's got a rubberised grip for the whole thumb near the back/forward buttons too which is a pleasant surprise. I went for the blue colour, and took seconds to set up from taking it out of the box. Just pop the batteries in, take the nano received, plug that in - click a button on the mouse and it was working instantly first time. I've tried it from over the room and it still works. Can't comment on battery life yet, but I've had my other tecknet keyboard/mouse for about 2 months and the batteries have never needed changing in them from daily use so I don't doubt it'll be good battery life. Basically, I'm very impressed with it - I've had Logitech in the past and this is similar quality without the extra weight and cost. I've uploaded some photos of the mouse from a couple of angles, seeing peoples photos always helped me judge size / shape for other gadgets rather than the marketing images, so hopefully it'll help somebody else out there! :)

As a fan of Tecknet stuff, I was immediately disappointed with the quality in comparison to my Tecknet ergonomic mouse, which I've been recommending for several years now. To be fair, the ergo mouse sets a high bar and this one was half the price of the Logitech it replaced, so that probably says more about my expectation than the product (and I might even have felt differently if it had been all black like the ergo). I found the mouse to be a bit light (- some people like a light mouse - I prefer one with a bit of weight) and a bit "plasticky" in comparison to the Tecknet ergo mouse (which I use every day for work) and the Logitech silent mouse it was replacing (for personal use with my laptop), but I thought for the price of around a tenner I'd keep it anyway. The Logi was twice the price and I've not had great experiences previously with budget mice, so I gave this one a shot. It was perfectly fine for what I wanted it for, but after 7 months light use, the wheel lost most of its grip & I thought I was in the market for a new one. After contacting Tecknet, and looking a bit closer, it turns out the rubber wheel had actually come away from the inner metal one. I was sent a replacement without needing to return the original, which arrived a few days later. The new one looks identical but the click of the buttons is noticeably quieter - a nice surprise. I've upped my rating to 4 stars as the service was great and the replacement, although visibly the same, seems an improvement over the broken one. The wheel is the same as in my ergo mouse, which is used daily for work and is still going strong after a couple of years, so I may just have been unlucky. My previous experience of Tecknet products gives me hope that I'll have better luck with my replacement, and if I don't, the service I've had gives me confidence that Tecknet will do something about it.

The product as a whole, yes it's pretty damn good for the price. currently 9.99, i'd say its well worth it. It doesn't feel too cheap and honestly feels durable while being light. Got it today, been testing it out since. Now i can tell you that for 9.99 its worth it, but not for its original price. i've experienced odd tracking issues, nothing major, just not smooth enough to justify the £25. i've placed it next to my £40 corsiar mouse and obviously there is a large price difference but i think i know why the price dropped to 9.99 and i would say it should stay that price. there is a bit of jump like really little so if you're trying to accurately point at something, you will find it feels a little off sometimes but not too bad. I don't know whether its to do with surface or the sensor, but i've tried it on two surfaces, my roccat sense mouse mat and my desk, both feel the same in terms of tracking. you honestly won't notice a difference if you're using it for normal use though, it's only noticeable if you're moving really really slowly. The buttons feel good, nice to click, quite loud actually, middle mouse button is a little on the hard side. the dpi button is a nice touch, default starts at 1000dpi, next is 1500dpi, the next is 2400dpi. you can tell which dpi your mouse is on by checking the lights on the battery indicator, everytime you press the dpi button, it flashes, 1 flash for 1000dpi, 2 flashes for 1500dpi and so on. it has a rubbery material for your thumb to easily grip the mice and it feels quite nice in the hand. I got this for uni so i don't have to lug a cabled mice with me everywhere and i think it'll be perfect for that. Simple and easy to use, plug in and works right away. Will update this review if i come across anything while using the mouse :D

Ho comprato questo mouse per non avere più mille fili attaccati al portatile, non ho esigenze particolari a livello di precisione e reattività, ma comunque non volevo accontentarmi di una patacca cinese! Così ho scelto questo mouse bello esteticamente, un po' più grande rispetto ai classici mouse bluetooth da laptop quindi molto più maneggevole (le dimensioni sono quelle di un normale mouse con filo) ma soprattutto dotato dei tasti laterali che permettono di spostarsi rapidamente avanti e indietro nella navigazione sul web e all'interno delle cartelle su pc. E' da sottolineare secondo me una cosa: è ottico ma non ha sensore laser, che ovviamente garantirebbe una maggiore precisione nel puntamento. Consiglio questo prodotto a chi cerca un mouse prestante ma non impegnativo, comodo, ergonomico e veloce nell'invio e ricezione degli input. Non posso sbilanciarmi sulla durata della batteria, almeno per il momento: posso dire che non ha lucine superflue, per cui non dovrebbe succhiare più batteria del minimo indispensabile per la sua funzione. E' un'ottima alternativa alle marche più famose che, a parità di prezzo, offrono una versione di base, ad esempio senza i pulsanti laterali o di dimensioni ridotte.
