Great product, really good value for the money. Look at the competitors. Good battery life with the Lipo it came with. Can store all your models to the one remote which Is why I purchased it. I’m a complete novice and found it easy to use. Thought I only use maybe 5% of its functions. Great product just buy it.

I have been using Radiolink receivers and transmitters for more than 3 years and I will say that they are the best receivers and transmitters for any one getting into the the hobby of ground control RC at a decent price. This recent purchase of the Radiolink RC8X will be a great addition. With multiple function, for all types of RCs from crawlers, bashers and speed runs. I really like the build, looks professional and feels great. I would recommend the Radiolink RC8X for anyone looking to upgrade their transmitter and receivers for a more positive experience in the RC hobby.

This transmitter rivals the more expensive Futabas and Sanwas with a ton of options and customizable options. I bought might very early when these first started to ship (the Radiolink) and I was unable to get the combo deal like you can get now as I only received the transmitter. Long-Term update: - A couple of my Radiolink receivers have failed and had one fail today at the track in a middle of a heat. It was embarassing to see the car come to a dead stop with a traffic of cars. - I did not receive a Radiolink bag for my transmitter Update: The fantastic team at ATA Hobby had reached out and made things better. Great communication!

We use this radio for RC Drag Racing and it has 3 stage throttle speeds and trans brake! The RC8x has everything you want and more than you need in a high end radio. Extremely easy to use, and upgrade the software with the included usb-c cable. The newest firmware v1.3 packs so many amazing features. I can’t list them all. ABS, traction control, drag racing throttle, set up up to three stages, and a trans brake. Gyro stability control, custom adjustable switches, and buttons. And the best part is the manufacturer is extremely pleasant to work with and are committed to making the product better, which is evident by their consistent updates to the firmware improvements to the product and functionality. I am totally sold on this radio, and we will be using it exclusively moving forward. If you’re on the fence about getting this radio don’t be I am very impressed so impressed that I have actually bought one for every family member. At this price it is everything and more that others at 1/2 the price.

Huge Step up from the RadioLink RC6GS and gives it a much more sleek and sporty look. Great remote for bashing, speed running, drag, or any long/short distance riding. I haven’t done a whole lot of fine tuning with this one yet as it’s still new and I’m still learning it but it’s for sure a favorite of mine now. Super lightweight, easy to set up, nice grip, great response time, zero lag and imo looks the best also. I don’t really see a reason to not get one, same functions as the super expensive pro competitors but for a fraction of the price!

Was missing so card reads error so card I got it and wasn’t able to return it. They finally gave me a return on Amazon side. I also got antenna and camera for the fpv experience. But nothing 3/3 items will work or update without the card… I had extremely high expectations for this setup 400$ later and I’m using my old outdated fpv times until I get this all sorted

I really want to love this thing but it’s got a MAJOR flaw that could hurt you, your kids, animals, or anyone around you including massive property damage depending on the size and weight of the vehicle you’re running. I have this radio linked to a few different vehicles using the provided receivers and have had this problem happen more than a few times. You turn the radio on, then turn your vehicle on, the radio sends an odd signal, the wheels turn and lock to one side while at the same time locking into full throttle forwards. This all happens very unexpectedly and your vehicle will launch forward at full speed. This happened with both a Traxxas TRX-4 and a Traxxas Summit. The TRX-4 being a trail/crawler wasn’t so bad but my Summit is a MASSIVE truck running a big brushless system on 4s lipo power. Edit as of April 10th: While I still can’t recommend this radio I have to say that the customer service has been excellent. They reached out to discuss my issues, offered to help troubleshoot, and offered a refund. They said they are constantly working on updates and I believe they have the customers best interest in mind. Hopefully they get these issues sorted out because they have been great to work with.

Works great and the latest firmware came on it. very happy with the range and the fpv works great as well! gives a awsome view when going around a track in fpv and can be alot of fun for a buddy to watch durring a race if they will allow it.

Ich hatte schon einiges über die RC8X gelesen und musste es jetzt probieren. Über ein Firmware Update lassen sich weitere 8 Kanäle freischalten. Die sind zwar nicht vollwertig und lassen sich nur über das Display bedienen aber um z.B. Lichter zu steuern reicht das vollkommen.
