Vicks VapoRub is used to relieve nasal catarrh and congestion, sore throats and s due to colds. It contains aromatic ingredients such as menthol and camphor to calm a , eucalyptus and menthol to relieve nose congestion, and eucalyptus to relieve catarrh. Ingredients ----------- 2.75% w/w Levomenthol, 5.00% w/w Camphor, 1.50% w/w Eucalyptus oil, 5.00% w/w Turpentine oil, Thymol, Cedarwood oil, White soft paraffin Directions ---------- Vicks VapoRub is effective if applied to the skin, or mixed with hot water and inhaled as a steam. Rub Vicks VapoRub liberally on the chest, throat and back. Cover whole area for maximum effect. Leave nightclothes loose to allow vapours to be inhaled easily. For children (over 2 years), apply lightly to chest and back. Rub in gently. Leave clothes loose for easy inhalation. Or Melt two teaspoons of Vicks VapoRub in very hot (not boiling) water.
