It does what it says on the box Excellent

It says it can punch 20 sheets at once, but in reality you can't fit more than 10 to 12 in the punch chamber. Other than that I have no complaints so far.

This item was purchased for use in a small office. 1. It was very difficult to insert the paper, which kept sticking and refusing to go far enough into the machine for punching, or would punch holes on one half of the paper and mis-align the other half. It was a very hit and miss process, with the puncher working perfectly for one cut and then refusing to work for the next batch of paper. The amount of paper - two sheets, six sheets, 12 sheets, made no difference. 2. The drawer holding the punched pieces of paper should be emptied over a large bin bag, as the paper flies everywhere when you pull the drawer out, which does not slide out easily but requires some force to open. This was an extremely frustrating product to use and did a very poor job. I would not recommend purchasing it.

All works perfectly. Can't think why I didnt get one of these before.

Once I understood how it works the product was fine but the instruction pamphlet could be more helpful and contain greater clarity. I would suggest that perhaps an online video showing the product in action would help enormously. Even emptying the waste tray was difficult to understand principally because the drawer was not easy to open.

This machine is poorly constructed, flimsy, and failed the first time I used it - the punch mechanism failed to penetrate one plastic cover sheet (made by GBC) and the plastic handle immediately cracked. Fortunately Amazon refunded very quickly, and I replaced this appalling machine with a Fellowes Starlet - £3 more expensive, but infinitely more robust and durable.

J'ai un usage occasionnel de la machine. Je souhaitais un produit facile d'utilisation, robuste et pas trop lourd. La GBC coche toutes les cases. La notice d'utilisation pourrait juste être perfectible. Je ne me sers de la machine que pour du A4. Malgré tout, elle peut faire du A5. Je n'ai toujours pas compris comment régler le curseur pour autre chose que du A4! Il faudra aussi voir à l'usage la solidité du mécanisme pour ouvrir les spirales. A suivre ...

La poignée est difficile à utiliser lors de la première fois mais sinon cette machine est parfaite ! Un bon rapport qualité prix, il suffit de ne pas vouloir perforer trop de feuilles à la fois !

Pour qui imprime régulièrement des documents chez soi et souhaite les conserver et les consulter confortablement, cette relieuse est un must-have. Les versions supérieures et bien plus chères permettent certes une aide électrique, un plus grand volume et certaines options très spécifiques en plus, mais ce modèle-ci a retenu mon attention car d'un rapport qualité-prix intéressant à mon goût. En effet, il permet de relier un nombre relativement élevée de feuilles (nombre que l'on dépasse rarement, auquel cas on peut alors aller chez un professionnel) et sans options superflues et coûteuses. La relieuse est assez discrète et offre rapidement de grands services. Fini les feuilles volantes, les dossiers agrafés à la va-vite et qui s'avèrent vite illisibles et énervant à force de manipulation, bienvenue dans le monde de l'ergonomie et de l'économie. Car si on imprime souvent, aller tous les jours chez un imprimeur est vite coûteux... On a ici en un tour de main le même résultat ! A recommander donc pour cet usage qui est je pense le plus répandu parmi les citoyens lambda !

La compre a menor precio por ser reacondicionado, pero estaba sin usar, completamente nueva, muy contento con su funcionamiento.

the punching and ease of punching is very good.. crisp cuts and the asssitance with green and red color bar is very good but we found it difficult to insert the pages in the comb.. had a cheap faulty binder adn we use that for inserting the pages in the comb
