My plug is permently wired to my tow truck the light does not work any ideas why

Most of the time it is a bad battery or a blown fuse. If the light only works when plugged into the charger then the battery is bad. There is a fuse in the charge plug and a fuse in the light. Those would be the next thing I would check. Go to Towmate's website and you can find the troubleshooting instructions. The light has a lifetime warranty and the battery has a one year warranty from Towmate so if all else fails call them and get a return number. They will fix it and send it right back.

Es casi seguro que su luz necesita una batería nueva. La batería tiene un año de garantía y la luz tiene una garantía de por vida de Towmate. Llame a Towmate usando el número 800 en la etiqueta de la luz y deberían enviarle una batería nueva ya que solo la ha tenido 8 meses.

How do i let you know that i need an rv 7pin connector?

Shipping

Great product very poor shipping ethics. Imported from the states and the shipper doubled the value of purchase so I had to pay tax on there declared value. Not very happy

Gets the job done

Better than using wired drag lights and I use it a bunch before recharging..only thing I'd change is I wish it had a charge indicator to show that it is fully charged
