The sample function is perfect for adding transitions and one- sounds on the fly, something which can be utilised at its best within a DJ set. The sampler features three playback modes: One , Gate and Loop. The sampler also allows you to change the playback speed (pitch) and trigger cue points that specify the playback start position for added convenience. Additionally the sampler features a built-in recorder which allows you to capture sounds through either the line-in or the built-in microphone. Intuitive Touch Pad One of the most unique features of the Korg mini KAOSS PAD 2S is the integrated touch pad which allows you to control effects using your fingers, thanks to the X/Y configuration that gives you full rein over your controls. When you take your finger off the touchpad, the FX RELEASE function automatically adds a delay effects so the sound will blend smoothly into your set.
