A must try in hair dye!
I am allergic to so many things. This was the only hair color I can use and I am so glad to have found this - I am blown away how wonderful it is. It does an amazing job covering my grays and looking natural. Just listen to their advice about not going too long. This last time I went too long around my hair line. They were a little darker then they usually are. I love that they don’t use peroxide too. Less damaging then the traditional permanent dyes.

WaterWorks has always been safe and does a beautiful job on my hair
I have used WaterWorks haircolor for about 10 years. I have skin allergies to chemicals and do not use any other product. WaterWorks has always been safe and does a beautiful job on my hair. I wouldn't use anything else. So easy I do it myself - no need for my hairdresser to apply it. Even coverage and just gorgeous highlights. Always had great results.

Worth a try
Still haven’t used it but the packaging and instructions seem to be good.

Too dangerous and reactive
The description says it has no peroxide, yet the directions clearly state no peroxide needs to be added because it’s already in the powder. But that’s the least of the problems. I bought this because it says it doesn’t have harsh chemicals. I tried it on my beard and it looks great but I broke out with the usual rash and leaking pus as with Just For Men. I believe it’s from the ppd, the same highly toxic chemical that all synthetics dyes have. I’m going back to natural henna, since they’re the only ones that don’t give a reaction and won’t blow out my liver and kidneys. Updated: 2 days later the area on my face I put thus on is swollen and draining pus. If there is anyone else considering a class action against this company please include me on it. This is extremely upsetting.

Good for skin allergies
If you’re using this product, it’s probably due to skin allergies. It’s literally the only kind I can use, so I’m thankful that this dye exists or I’d be stuck with gray hair. It isn’t as easy to apply as normal dyes... it doesn’t come with a bottle or applicator. It’s a powder that you mix with a little water. I apply it with a brush from an old Nice n Easy root kit. It gets pretty good coverage, altho it takes twice as long to apply it and twice as long to set in it. Also, you must use shampoo and conditioner after you rinse it out. Also worth noting, I notice as it dries, it kind of flakes on the surface of my hair, but I don’t notice any flakes after i rinse and wash it. I’ve not had any issues with my skin allergies after using it for 8 mos. again, so thankful this product exists!

No color dye
My hair never turn the burgundy color. The first time use the one pack. The second time used two packs still no burgundy. Because of my allergies this the only one that I can use. They need to fix the product. Waiting on black cherry to come. Will it be better probably not. It will color the gray.

Wonderful hair color for my skin type
Wonderful hair color for my skin type. I’ve had sensitivities and allergies to the regular hair colors from the pharmacy or salons. This is calming and doesn’t effect my skin in a negative way. Only downside is that it’s temporary so I am reapplying every 3 weeks.
