dose GIGABYTE X670E AORUS Master fit in this case D41?

Full ATX MBs will fit, however, it will be a tight fit with little room for cable management. Although, it does fit ATX, from my personal experience, this is best for Micro-ATX and smaller. I actually went from full to Micro ATX because I had this case.

What is the max Length of the PSU? Mine is 165mm and I want to be sure that it will fit.

165mm length power supply can be supported. But it will have different effects depending on the installation methods of different accessories. If the length of your graphics card is longer than 335, it is recommended to look at the hardware compatibility chart on the page
