*Please read updates at end...*I don't often bother to leave reviews, but...Weeks delayed in shipping from Amazon (despite showing in stock) aside, this item seemed to be exactly what I was looking for.10 Gbit/s at the front of the PC. It even says on their website "puts an end to “crawling under the table and behind the PC”.". In reality it does not appear to be correct. It would appear that it only runs 5 Gb per port, I have only had one device to test with, but it doesn't go over on any port. (In fact CDM shows 480MB/s).If I crawl under the desk and plug the same drive and same cable in to the back of the PC I get 10, (over 1000 MB/s in CDM).I would be really happy if support contacted me to tell me I was doing something wrong, or had a firmware update or something, but I think the reality of this is that it is not as described. Shame it took so long for me to be able to test and find out, otherwise it would have gone back.Was tempted to put one star, but for what it does actually do it seems fine.Update: As mentioned by another reviewer, for some reason this blocks sleep/wakes the computer. I have had to disable all USB wake options which is a little bit annoying...Update 2: So after a lot of digging the "Key-A" motherboard connection that everyone refers to as 3.2 Gen 2, is actually on my Gigabyte motherboard only Gen 1, so looks like people aren't referring to it correctly or Gigabyte are just being odd. Very odd as it has rear Gen 2 ports that work at 10Gbps...Still wakes up though unless I disable keyboard and mouse wake up...

Noticeable jump in profmance from 3.0 pirfect connectors for my pc set up and well built.

Product only working on USB-A ports and no power on USB-C, seller contracted and he gave technical advice and troubleshooting, finally product was found faulty and seller did not hesitate to refund fully, I have no problem with ordering from seller in the future. Only 4 star because item was faulty but any electronic product can be faulty the important facts are the aftersales

Was completely unreliable on my PC fitted with a modern MSI high spec motherboard. Would constantly connect and then disconnect whenever a USB device was plugged in. It was most likely faulty but I was unable to confirm this as the supplier didn't respond to my messages, either through Amazon or directly through their website. Returned for a refund. Very disappointing support experience from Graugear.

Just what I needed. Building a new computer for wife to hopefully be good for years. The MB had a new type USB C port The case had no usb C port but does have 3" front panel knockout. This gives me two more type A usb3 and added two USB C 3 ports on front. As bonus, system will boot from these extra ports, unlike PCI added ports on my computer. It was a pain getting the unit physically attached but that had more to do with the case not having easy access to retaining screws. Still not as bad as the finger cutting setups of the early 2000's.

Funciona muy bien. El móvil lo carga con rapidez, y los datos también van muy fluidos. Estoy contento con la compra. Ahora tengo cuatro puerto rápidos en el frontal del PC.Hay que mencionar que, si la caja no tiene la bahía de dimensiones adecuadas, hay que montarlo en un adaptador, que hay que comprar por separado.Por lo demás, perfecto.
