Roku Voice Remote, Replacement TV Remote Control

This remote works perfectly with my ROKU 4800X. The voice or microphone selections work as expected. Mine has Netflix, Disney+, Apple and NEWS. Don't use Apple but the other buttons are helpful. I wish you could reprogram apple or there were extra programmable buttons 1&2 like my old remote. These remotes do tend to eat batteries and this replacement does not support remote audio earphones like the original. There is no backlight or protective cover for the remote. There is no programmability unfortunately. It is black and compatible. I think the price is high given the lack of programmability. A smart vendor could take this market over!

Grandchild lost remote in the house somewhere. This was an easy purchase. Easy setup right out of the box.. Paired easily with Roku streaming bar. Like that there is no remote charging at all . Batteries came with it. And, have an extra in case this happens again. Haven't used the voice part. Don't normally use voice. Love it.

I have an older Roku 3/4200 series streamer. If you're debating whether to replace your Roku remote with one less expensive than this one...stop. Buy this one! I purchased a less expensive replacement a couple years ago. It worked, still does, but the buttons and arrows didn't always respond when pushed. It became so frustrating I bought this one. Wow. Night and day difference! Follow the simple directions for fast automatic remote pairing. The buttons respond with a light touch. Voice activation is easy. TV volume control and on/off work perfectly. I actually like this one better than my original Roku system remote. I'm happy with this purchase.

Beware of this purchase. You will lose some menu options. My old remote (which I still have), for example allowed "picture off" option, which I used nightly when listening to music. Alas, this remote does not have this menu option. The voice controller will tell you that the option doesn''t exist. A programmers deception. I simply use my old remote, where the option still exists, so I can turn off the video while enjoying the music at night. The sleep timer also disappeared. Fortunately, I still have my old remote, and use it to activate the picture off and sleep timer option. Not sure why the change, makes no sense. Otherwise, excellent remote, easy set up. Some goofy "upgrades" though.

Purchased several brands of knock-offs. They worked 'OK' but didn't communicate reliably with ANY of my Roku TVs (HI sense). Decided to buy the 'genuine' article. The knock-offs had several faults such as inferior buttons (hard to push) or intermittent line of sight connection.

Good quality and easy setup for our old Samsung TV and Roku box. I should have gone with this remote in the first place.

Got this to replace the original remote for my Roku Streaming Stick HD that got damaged during a recent party. Was easy to introduce the new remote to the stick, and because it came with batteries - which I wasn't expecting - it was up and running in minutes! Fully compatible. Works just like the original it replaced, though it does feel a little sturdier, which might explain why the price looks higher than you'd expect. But it is the genuine voice remote

Works exactly like the original but better as this has the mic. Setup was super easy. If my dogs eat this one, will buy again.

Shortcut to paramount+ doesnt work.

Works great just program it with your Roku it you can't find it.
