Improved conversations
Saw improvement in my ability to remember words while speaking. I am 79 and had seen a form of brain fog coming when I could not come up with a word when speaking and it was getting worse. Since taking it daily I seldom have this. Thankfully!

Just received my delivery. The competitor product was the only one to warn me not to take 2 doses of the active ingredient in 24 hours. The warning is bout vitamin b6 as pyri…HCI.
