I needed some new solar lights and thought these looked cute so I bought a box. You get 4 to a box and for about $7 each this is a really good deal for solar lanterns. I liked them so well that I ordered a second box. They do come with stakes to hang them, and they are plastic, and I see some people said they are flimsy. Still they are functional and these type of lights you will be lucky to get a couple years out of them so I think they will hold up ok. I ended up using the hooks from the last ones I had but saved these for spare parts. The lanterns are dainty looking. They are not huge but give off enough light and I love the way they look. The actual light is a warm white color. It does not have that bluish color and it's not yellow, it's just sort of a warm white like a lightbulb that would say warm white. The lights came charged with a little thing stuck between the battery so you just pull that out and they are ready to go. The top twists off and there is no need to switch them on and off. There is a sensor that will make them come on when it gets dark. The little things that hang the lights are also plastic but even if I broke I think I could put a wire through and make a hanger for it. I put out my lights yesterday and looked out last night about 4:30am because I happened to wake up and they were still shining brightly. I have them lining my front walk way up to the house. We leave our porch lights on so you have to have them far enough away from the lights so that the sensor will allow them to turn on. I bought 8 altogether and have two on the other side of my driveway and 2 on the far side of my landscaping and then the four along my front walkway. I think they look super. Yes these are plastic and you might be able to find better, but if you need a lot of them these are so much cheaper, and they look way more expensive than what I paid. So cute! Exactly what I expected. For the price, unbeatable. If you’re expecting super bright, sturdy lampposts, spend more money, duh. You get what you pay for. These are really pretty and throw off just a bit of light, but it’s enough. I don’t have a huge lawn, so I was iffy if they’d stand up or go in the mulch and they did! They withheld multiple rainstorms already. They do twist and turn in reallyyyyy heavy rain but it’s an easy fix to twist it back straight. They never fell or knocked completely over which is a plus. One did partially break during installation, when I tried to hang the lamp part on the stand (you have to put together yourself which is super quick and easy to do) - I think I forced it on too hard, plus it’s a cheap-ish plastic like material, but Amazon sent me another one for free and very quickly! Good customer service and very helpful. I’m very satisfied with these!

Easy to assemble and set up. Ordered 3 (x6=18) and every one of them worked right out of the box. I was a bit concerned as the light inside is so small. And a couple if them, all from the same box, didn't have the light properly seated in place. I had to push them in a bit and die to stiff wiring, couldn't get them perfectly nested. Didn't end up mattering, all look the same when lit. Brightness is as should be. Could be slightly brighter but I'm nitpicking here. Warm white, I'd say 2700k or so, just as wanted. The units themselves look great in the daylight. At night the frame, or whatever, gives just the shadow pattern I wanted/saw advertised (one reason I choose these) So, this all leaves one big question, the most important one: How will they hold up? The clear plastic lantern cover might fog or yellow over time. Bulb may go bad. Solar panel could stop functioning. Battery could go bad. All yet to be tested. I plan to return to re-review at the end of the season, as I plan to pull before winter.

Got these to line my driveway. Nice bright solar lights. Nice warm light color good quality to withstand the elements.

This one could have been a huge success if only the battery lasted.... product was easy to put together, easy to install, the light was bright and beautiful.... but sadly, it only lasted for about 4 weeks. My backyard has ALL DAY sun, so it was getting no less than 8-10 of full sunlight so I know that recharging isn’t the issue. And it wasn't just one or two of the lights that had this problem... it was every single one of them. I know they cant last forever.... but I would expect them to work at least one full summer. Other than that, I loved that the lights are tall, and when they were working good the light was significant and very pretty.

Don’t be confused by my photo. These lights have a warm white (a little yellow) color to them. My photo looks like they are white/blue, but they are not. Which is a good thing considering the slight yellow is great for the ambient lighting vs white looks too industrial. They come with a little bit of charge out of the box so even if you set them up in the evening, they’ll be lit up that night and charge throughout the whole day afterwards. There is a tiny little LED inside the casing, but it’s a good amount of light to light up the perimeter areas or walkways. It’s also not too bright to feel like it’s blinding you either. They’re actually just the right amount of light to be able to look at, but at the same time still light up the area. It’s very easy to install. Just put the stake in the ground and add the light casing over it. These are pretty well made & overall look good. Buy these for your backyard or front yard! Worth it!!

I absolutely love these lights. Unfortunately I was anticipating that they would stay lit for longer than they do. I get it, it's winter time, it can be overcast, but that's why I read so many reviews before purchasing. I live in Oregon and it now is dark at 4:30pm. I was really hoping they would still be lit by 8pm when I get home from work. Sadly they are not. When they are lit, they are fantastic and I love how bright they are and how they look -- very elegant. I gave it 4 stars just because I felt they advertised that they would stay lit longer (even without full sun exposure to charge). I've had these for several months and they were great during the months when it is light later, but in the winter, they are pretty useless for my purposes.

These lantern solar path lights look fabulous with a lovely pattern light effect in the garden.

They are very pretty! Lights stay on until morning. I haven’t been able to find lights like these anywhere and they were exactly what I was looking for. They are plastic but most solar lights are. They look amazing along my walkway. Docked a star because they are considerably cheaper on amazon.com with shipping to Canada. I didn’t notice until afterwards.
