How much do i use of this 160 litres fish tank

it depends on how much you need to raise potassium levels by in your tank, 6-7ml should raise a 160 litre tank by 2mg per litre, personally i use 25 ml on water change day to push to my preferred mg/l then dose accordingly through the week, the more live plants you have the more you would require but each tank has there own requirements, if you dose things such as standard flourish etc then your already dosing potassium in small amounts

I think it would be to concentrated the recommendation is 5ml to 200L
