As a Pilates teacher myself I love the way that Liz teaches. Her instructions are always clear and precise, you can see the purpose for each exercise and yet she puts her own unique stamp on Pilates and produces exercises which are both different and exciting. This DVD is perfect for inspiring home practice, either for teachers or for clients with some previous Pilates experience. I couldn’t believe how good I felt afterwards. Re-aligned and energised and I can honestly say I felt like a new woman! As with Pilates you can push yourself as hard or soft as you choose depending on your mood. If you can’t get to your usual class this is a very good replacement therapy.
