Buff unisex-adult Lightweight Merino Wool Headwear

I really like these thin Merino wool products. They are compact and keep your neck warm. They aren't as warm as thicker products, however if you need something to just keep the chill off this works very well.

As expected good fit. Bought for another colour, I now own 4 in different colours.

Soft, comfortable & warm but not bulky- a great product (it is my third one).

The smeel was not present on the medium or heavy buff. I wonder if it comes off after washing.

I wore a wool buff just like this one on my 2014 Appalachian Trail through hike. It became one of my favorite pieces of do everything gear. Used it as a hat, scarf, pillow case for my stuff sack, even pulled it over my face to breath chilly air through when in my sleeping bag and temps dropped at night. I had to get a second, even picked up a third for a friend! Thin, super light weight, yet really warm and really versatile - excellent!

This thing feels so nice to wear

I took my buff with me to Crater Lake National Park in April and I am so glad I had it. It was 29F degrees and there was 14 FEET of snow on the ground. I snowshoed up to the crater because the access road was closed to cars due to heavy snowfall. The day I went was a beautiful one. Lots of snow, bright sunshine, and cold! My buff was multi purpose. It started off around my neck and head and as I got heated I pulled it down around my neck as a gaiter. Then as I got cool, I pulled it back up around my neck and head. It even became a kerchief to hold my long hair up when I became really warm. In short, I bought another micro fibre one in a fun pattern. I can see myself using this during the year rain or shine, cool or hot. Great multi purpose item.

Just received it, and while I can't give it the full review for the weather I intend to wear it in yet I can say that the color shown and the color received are slightly different. I was expecting a very pale green from the picture, it's actually a very pale blue. Which makes sense in retrospect since it is called "Glacier"... But still not what I was expecting.

Looks more gray in real life. But nonetheless, does what it should, but over time (have had it for 2 months with at least 3 weeks worth of time used in the outdoors) it begins to stretch quite a bit.
