Quality and easy to setup. Good product

I used this for a propane fire pit, and everything about it worked great - the hoses, the fittings, the valve assembly, and the ignitor. I was concerned that the ignitor would not work well, but it lights the propane every time; you just turn it of for a few seconds to let gas accumulate, push the button, and poof, it's lit. I personally like the size of the valve assembly because it is exactly 4 inches tall, and I used 12x4 bricks, so it fit perfectly (It's not 12 inches wide, something more like 7 inches or so). Attached is a video of my fire pit on low fire.

I bought this ignitor with the same brand drop in pan. I figured it would connect directly to burner with no issue sine it was same brand but the pan was 1/2" and this ignitor was not the same, had to disconnect adapter and put a different size on to fit. Other than that works great and love it.

I was in between buying this or the separate parts and I'm very happy to have chosen this one! It makes the connections super easy and you don't have to buy separate parts and put them together. It's all there for you! Works like a champ and feels very high quality. I unfortunately messed up the igniter when installing it, my fault, so I'll have to get another one soon. Even then, it was very easy to open up the top and looks like it won't be an issue to replace it!

This product came with no instructions and requires setup. I am quite frankly shocked that a natural gas ignition system can be purchased without any kind of documentation whatsoever. Not to mention lack of documentation, the key literally cannot turn the switch. Total piece of junk sending this back, thanks for wasting 2 hours of my time. Also, I reached out to onlyfire.com's help site and received zero support. No response. I will be returning next week.

There was no installation or manual shipped with the ignition kit. The gas installer on his first visit could not get the shut off valve to turn as it was very tight from the factory. I contacted via email the vendor (no one answers the tel number from my Google search) who sent me a intallation guide for the drop in pan that included hooking up the shut off valve but not the igniter. I was able to free up the shut off valve. The gas installer came back today. There was no igniter bracket in the All-in-One Natural Gas Fire Pit Ignition System Kit to attach the igniter to the fire pan. The screwed on plate on the drop in fire pan (had no hole for the igniter) had to be drilled out and modified to attach the igniter. Added at least 1hr additional natural gas installer time/charge. The product works but if I hadn't had a drill press and nuts/bolts/shims and a mechanical knowledge to help the installer it wouldn't be installed again today.

I had ordered a different brand, but it was much too big for the rumble stone I used to build my fire pit, so I returned it and bought this! It worked out pretty near perfect. I used a piece of decorative sheet metal to back it, so it would be the exact size of one of the stones. Very easy to install, looks great, and gives great control of the flames.

Good product to buy

Easy to install. I like the design. However it really restricts gas flow making your fire pit very underwhelming. I honestly would not recommend for the cost. Kind of disappointing.

I decided to try and order the used- good but it didn’t tell me that parts were missing like the hoses and the key to turn it up and down. It was just the igniter by itself.
