Delivered quickly
I was leaving hospital, needing this product due to a long stay which had weakened me. The delivery date seemed too far in the future. I needed ASAP, so I contacted the sellers and after 1 poor response, I was passed to someone more empathic and they arranged for the product to get to me much more quickly. I was so pleased and relieved!! The bed rest riser is reliable and comfortable to sleep on. I'm so pleased I bought it!

Hard, heavy and have to pay for return.
The listing states this is for elderly people but this is extremely hard and heavy. No good for my 88yr old mother. You also have to pay the return postage! The return address provided is for channel islands and costs £140!!!
