Good cheap alternative to KT tape
Good value alternative to KT tape. Stick on reasonable well - will survive sweat and a shower or two if applied about couple hours in advance.

Good for avoiding / limiting Ski Boots Blisters
I ski hard so my shins take a punishing, also I ski tour mountaineer (go up hill in on skis) which means I get rubs from the movement. This kind of tape is a game changer for avoiding blisters / stopping early stage blisters. I put it on my shins / heals and it stays put. Better than micropore tape which I used to use. I would imagine it would also work equally well with walking boots etc. I can leave on for a few days with no problems and low cost to reapply as needed.

6-pack of OK-brand kinesiology tape for joint & muscle support stays in place when anchored
This 6-roll pack of OK kinesiology tape for joint and muscle support is a great deal at €24. That makes each roll of 5 cm x 5 meters only €4 each. Since some brands charge €24 for a single roll, this bulk package is worth the investment, especially if you plan to use it regularly. This tape absorbs water but remains in place. This makes it a good choice for swimmers and those who need to keep the support in place when showering. If anchored well and there's no additional friction against the edges, as with tight clothing, then it can stay in place for up to 3 days. This is great when on multi-day hiking or camping trips. A continuous roll of kinesiology tape allows you to cut each piece to custom size. The width can be cut as well, if you prefer thinner strips, or a strip that is 5-cm at the anchor and splits vertically for support. All edges should be rounded to help the tape stay in place. As with all kinesiology tapes, OK Tape should be anchored on clean, dry skin (no lotion) by rubbing with the palm or heel of your hand in one direction for about 5-6 strokes toward the anchored end, with no stretch. Once your anchor is firmly in place, stretch the tape as directed for the joint or muscle you're supporting. Some brands of tape come with instructions for common joint and muscle support. This package does NOT come with any instructions, so you will have to search online, like on YouTube for specific taping tutorials. This tape has less stretch than some brands, such as Rock Tape, which has a great deal of stretch. This can matter, depending on your specific situation, since some tutorials specify what percentage of stretch to use with each length applied. I have to cut the pieces a few centimeters longer to offset the slight lack of stretch for my knee support. Since this is a good value pack, the few extra centimeters doesn't matter, cost-wise. I use 1 meter total in taping both my knees for patellar tendonitis, five days' worth of knee wrapping per roll. For those of us with chronic issues, this allows us to support our joints more economically, especially if this price remains relatively constant in the future. It comes in three color sets: all beige, all black, or 1 roll each of 6 different colors. Myself, all beige was a good choice for blending in with my skin tone. For sports, I do often light bright colors. I'm very pleased with this 6-pack at €24 and look forward to being supported for many weeks to come.

Qualitatives

Better than more expensive brands
I got this because I've been having knee issues due to an effusion. I did not think some fabric tape would do anything, so I went for OK Tape because it was a lot less than the more popular KT Tape. My knee honestly feels much better and more stable when I'm wearing kinesiology tape! I've since tried KT and this brand is actually better. It lasts longer, is way less expensive, and does the exact same thing! This brand frays a little bit around the edges and does leave some residue when removing, but it's not a huge issue for me. OK is pretty strong and gave me little bit of bruising when I removed it too early (like within the first day). Removal is a lot gentler after wearing it for 2-3 days and showers! I've accidentally placed the tape wrong and gotten it stuck to itself, and it still lasted for days after moving the tape. I was a little bit worried I would get a bad reaction because the description says it uses " acrylic glue based medical grade adhesive" and I suspect I may have an acrylate allergy from gel nails, but my skin has not gotten itchy, blisters, etc.
